This course is amazing in the hills but half the bunkers are overgrown, tee boxes need grass, greens need seeding, etc

Still a great course to play for the value and busy since legends and stoneybrook closed.

This can be a very long long course or a very nice short course. Green to black tee boxes.

On course Marshall’s may help but part of the problem is the hilliness and very poor cart path locations

The greens are frustratingly slow and bumpy.

Course conditions are terrible. Great layout but maintenance has dropped off badly in the last couple of years. Pace of play was very slow because of a mixed foursome 2 groups ahead of us.

same old, same old, course layout is fantastic but course needs work

the layout of this place is the BEST BY FAR !!! Every hole is different , elevation changes abound. even with trhe greens less than perfect we still drive an hour to play there.

It's is s great layout, but severely neglected. Bunkers did not have rakes and haven't been groomed for an eternity. Greens have some grass, lots of bare spots, and weeds. Did not know which way your ball would roll because of the rough surface.

Paid 26 bucks on golf now, but was not worth the price.

This course use to be really fun to play and was maintained well. Currently trying to come back to where it was, but still needs some work. Greens were splotchy. Fairways were in need of attention. They just need more water on the course.

This course has a very good layout that is fun to play. The weather was great but course conditions were a little rough which is expected in the winter. We bought the "lunch" package and was not disappointed. I would play again in spring or summer.

The lay out is very good and challenging but course conditions are very poor fairways, greens and tee boxes needs lots of work. Was told how great it was, no way will return, back to providence, Harmony even royal St. Cloud much nicer conditions for play and Disney courses too.

All told, I've played several hundred golf courses in North America and Europe, yet I have never played one quite like Sanctuary Ridge. The architect's use of the land's elevation changes is extraordinary. Greens might be fifty or more feet above you or below you. The views of well-bunkered fairways from elevated tee boxes are always interesting, and even exciting (to say nothing of the great view of the surrounding countryside). The best holes offer golfers several ways of playing them, which invites a good deal of thinking before making strategic decisions. Are you willing to carry the ball across 200 or more yards of brush, pond, or 30-foot deep pit to shorten a hole, or would you prefer to direct your shot over terra firma -- just in case ...? Most holes are quite memorable. As others have mentioned, however, there are condition issues: some greens are pretty good, but some are sparse of grass, and some are bumpy. And then there's the question of the dozens and dozens of bunkers, large and small, that guard greens and complicate landing areas: it seems that in trying to improve tee boxes, fairways, and greens, management has not yet found the time or money to tend to the bunkers. And so what should be one of the greatest wonders of the golf course lies neglected.One hopes for restoration of this brilliant layout to its full glory. It is such great fun.

Not in great shape but good value. Lots of interesting holes and some nice views. Only concern is pace of play. Behind a slow group who seemed unaware they were a hole or two behind all day and no Marshall.

Which was fine but condo members were mad they could not just play THru

This course has a nice layout. However, you are not rewarded for putting good shots in the fairway. The grass is pretty scarce right now. Some of the cart paths go down hill and when you get to the end there are potholes that bounced me into the roof of the cart.

Larry I believe was the started and he is friendly and does a good job of getting people out in a timely way.

Once on the course the pace of play was slow and nobody seemed to be encouraging groups to pick up their pace..

I think any given day the pace could be better an if there has been rain perhaps the greens and fairways are in better shape.

The Course was in poor shape but it still drawns a lot of players. The layout is great if a little money was spent on fairways and greens it would be a great course!

Course was in poor shape. Greens were lacking grass in places. Fairways had grass, but it was difficult. Lies were better in the rough. Sand bunkers looked like the hadn't been raked in months. Will not be playing here again until I hear conditions improve

There are some rinky-dink holes but the elevation changes are good for a course in Central Florida. It appears the bunkers have not seen any maintenance for years and many do not have racks. Greens were very slow. Probably worth the $20 we paid.

Unbelievable layout. Very challenging. Course condition below average.

I WAS WITH TWO FRIENDS. FAIRWAYS AND OFF CART AREAS WERE EXTREMELY ROUGH..SOME GREENS IN FRONT 9 HAD THAT "CROWS FEET" WEED GROWING...INTERFERED SOMEWHAT WITH PUTTING.GREENS GOT BETTER AS WE PROGRESSED..NOT MUCH GRASS YET ON TEE BOXES..WAS EXTREMELY WINDY TODAY...MADE IT A BIT TOUGHER TO PLAY...INTERESTING HILLS FOR SURE..GOT VERY GOOD ROLL ON THE BALL IF U STAYED IN THE FAIRWAY...A GOOD DAY TO BE OUT EVEN IN THE WIND...
