Sanctuary Ridge Golf Club

Been a couple of months since I last played here. Was pleasantly surprised to see fairways, tee boxes and greens in much better shape than before. Rough was cut and manageable. Good experience. Always loved the layout but the condition was poor before. Still not perfect but much improved. Give it a try.

I've played here a few times over the last few months every week and have to say it has become one of my favorite courses. They maintain the course conditions and the greens are great. It is an interesting and layout that really challenges me. The Pro shop is real nice and so is the restaurant in the clubhouse OVERALL 5 STARS all the way around!!!!

Enjoyed our first game here. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Course is well looked after and offers challenge to all levels of golf experience and ability.

Great time, enjoyed the course alot. I played on Morhers day so thats probably why there wasn't a beverage cart.

Course was in good shape they were working on the greens and they were covered it what I am guessing was lime, but still playable. The course is pretty open but with lots of sand traps. Not a lot of golfers so the round was less than three hours. I will be going back.

Clearly a challenging course due to multiple elevation changes and many blind shots. Requires skill with almost all clubs to properly navigate. The course does need to work on the integrity of the tee boxes, fairways and greens due to many weeds and bare spots. The greens are large, undulated but slow at they are not cut short.Very different than usual Florida courses and has good potential if better kept.

I believe with just about a 20% more effort on the course maintenance team you could pull this place to very good. I don’t own a golf course but just my humble opinion

I shot an 80 from yellow so I’m not unhappy

Husband and wife partnerships loosers to cook so a lot at stake a great day out competative golf played in the spirit of the game . course in good condition greens have been over seeded so quite slow but ran true . Really enjoyed the course only negative point petrol fumes from the golf carts - not enjoyable but a great day all round and our opponents had to cook p.s. this is a course we have played for the last seven yrs keep up the good work and it will continue to be one of our favourite holiday courses

Though I agree with some of the other reviewers about the course condition, for the most part the conditions weren't that bad. If you're looking for an actual challenge this is the course for you. If your looking to just score well then I might try somewhere else, between the incredible elevation changes and some of the winds that blow around up there it makes you think on every shot. This is my new favorite course and the price is fantastic.
