Pro shop dudes, sneaky af.
I know I'm not the first and won't be the last. These pro shop dudes charge me an extra $17 for a cart when I knew for sure my reservation said cart included. Got home afterwards to check and yup, it said cart included. Shady stuff like that is just bad business. There is no way I can ever come back to this place again. Cause if I did, I really am the pushover chump they thought I was. If this happened to me today, it will happen again so heads up.

Always fun, but greens were crap
Always fun, but greens were crap after they were aerated. No word before we played. Should have been discounted.
Good as Usual
For a longest tine, #2 Par3 down hill was opened.... I forgot which club I need to hit with had Bogie... hahaha
Enjoyed with my Boy to play 18!!!
Terrible front but excellent back...
Tuna sandwich was good as well.

Great course
This is a Great Course well-maintained challenging a few water shots great course.
Always good place to come
It seems like I always bring my A game here. Really enjoyed playing with others with Social Distance.
Aerated greens prohibit fun
Aerated greens are not my favorite. It really screws up my putting. Wish they would have confessed before I was at the cash register. I would have rescheduled.
Disappointed course condition
Green is bad. Fairway is terrible. Make sure you know how to deal the hard pans, or you will be frustrated.

Misleading
Nice course but they can work on there customer service. When making reservations we booked our tee times as riding rate/cart included, when checking in we were each charged $18 for carts. When showing the reservation to the golf pro we were told "this is a Golf Now problem and not ours". He was actually pretty rude to us and the foursome behind us who was dealing with the same problem. Not sure where the breakdown is but no reason to take it out on guests.
Beautiful Scenery
It was a combination of the rolling hills, mooing cows, drifting rain clouds, and gradually setting sun that set up some of the most beautiful views that I would expect on a hike and not a golf course. The course was forgiving for a rookie like myself, though I did find myself playing onto adjacent fairways every now and then. Covid protocols kept my group feeling safe and cared for!
1 star rate for customer service
Spring Valley is our favorite course, good layout, nice and clean course. But this lady (white hair) that works there always give us a hard time. She dont want to give us separate carts (covid-19 protocols) she was saying bc they dont have enough BUT while waiting there I saw these 2 groups in front us that she’s FREELY giving them EACH separate carts WITHOUT any issues! Then she was saying she cant give us 4 carts bc we paid for hotdeals but that hotdeal I paid says “CART INCLUDED”, so, what is the deal really? Not enough carts or bc we paid cheaper (hotdeal)?? That lady is been giving us bad service ALL THE TIME! If she’s the manager then act like one, but if she’s not then I suggest to give her a good customer service training.
