Golf Club At Terra Lago - North Course

We had 4 players with 2 carts. On hole #3 our cart stopped working. Two different carts were brought out.

The carts we had initially had not been cleaned or recharged from the previous day.

The fairways were in horrible condition - they were dead - not even watered - hard as rock!

Then on hole # 10 we were harassed by a homeless man who came out of the shrubs. He tried to take things from our cart. We did not feel safe! My husband told him to leave and he had a very big mouth back! He appeared to be ‘high’ on something!

Had to walk too far from cart path to green. Had to leave fairway to cart path way too early.

Course is fine. Unfriendly approach to practice facilities disappointing

Fairways were bad. I don’t think they reseeded. Rough was good as were tees and greens. Lots of grass in bunkers,too

Played when it was called Landmark and a few years after it became Terra Lago. Steadily gone down hill due to bad ownership and poor management. Will not play here again.

Have played this course many times but not in the last 2 years, what a change and not for the better. Fairways were bare as they appeared to be not over seeded. Roughs were and we good, Greens were rock hard and did not hold that balls hit to them. Tee boxes were fine. We used to get range balls and now they charge. When we finally found the new route to the driving range they said it was closed till 1:00 as the tractor pulling the ball picker had no cage. My tee time was 1:10. They did refund my $5.00 for range balls. Lots of construction around the course which is a challenge. Hopefully it improves to what it used to be.

Can be a challenging course depending on one’s ability. Greens can be particularly challenging with a lot of undulating and variable slopes. Greens protected by bunkers. Some bunkers were not in the best of shape. Slopes have been scalped by water run-off. Fairways are cut very short.. Excellent practice area…
