Overall fun

Beautiful layout and views. Course played a little slow, with no Marshall to move things along. Fairways were slow, more weeds than most courses, but still a fun track and would recommend.

Greens were in very good shape on about 80%. A couple holes were bouncy putting. Fairways were a challenge. Places ball in fairway but grass thin or patchy. Poor lies too often when hitting the fairways. Over all day enjoyable but took almost 5 hours to play.

Great course. On Tuesdays they start on hole 9 but a great experience either way. Most fairways are wide open with grapes marking "out of bounds". The course and greens are in food shape.

Driving range is irons only but more than sufficient.

Slow play today starting at 12:00pm, got worse as the day went on. Drove ahead only to see two greens free in front of them. Where's the marshal?

I ended up leaving after 13 holes due to the ridiculously slow play. Everyone deserves a chance to play but each of us should know our limits and play the courses that suit our game.

Open position for not so tall person, ball washers needed to replace the dried up no towel ones the golf course has now..

First time playing this well laid out track. Beautiful vistas and rolling topography add to the charm of playing on a challenging course flowing among the rows of grapevines undoubtedly yielding the Napa nectar of the gods.

Once on course, play was painfully slow and no Marshall helping. Long waits waits on the tees and in the fairways. The 3rd golfer we were paired with gave up after 14 holes. Don’t blame him, as it was a major test of patience. 5 hours plus plus.

Large portions of some fairways were in poor shape with bare or brown areas and mowed weeds in quite a few spots in many fairways. To be fair, others were quite good. Cart paths cracked and well-established weed clumps on many of the pathways and stop areas. Surprisingly neglected.

The tee boxes were some of the worst we’ve seen, with big undulations, huge infilled divots, and littered with broken tees. Clumps of mowed weeds in several as well. Greens were fast and true, but quite inconsistent from hole to hole. Lots of unrepaired pitch marks.

Don’t get me started in the bunkers. Weeds in some. Perhaps they should let them weed-in to become grass bunkers.

The waterfall at the signature steep downhill par 3 was inoperable, which sort of says it all.

Overalll a beautiful course in need of a lot more TLC. That said, we’ll be back to give it a second chance. They are aerating the greens next two weeks and let’s see if they take that opportunity to improve other areas as well.

Very nice well kept course. Lots of fairways that turn right or left so could not see the greens from the tee box area.

We used to host an annual 2-day golf tournament on this course for over years, last one in 2016. This is my first time back since then. The course layout is beautiful winding through the vineyards. I was disappointed to see the lack of routine & overall maintenance of the course. Tee-boxes littered with broken tees, garbage cans overflowing at the holes, broken concrete cart path.

However, greens looked good and the course is still beautiful and I’ll still play here again.

I would have given this course higher ratings if we didn’t take 2:45 to play the front 9 and 2:30 to play the back. I called the pro shop to tell them how long it took to play the front and all I got was “well there are a lot of players out today.” So what? Where’s the Marshall that was promised to speed up play on the back? Nowhere to be found. The course itself was great but the pace of play was beyond ridiculous. For $89 I expected more and was disappointed. Hard to get any rhythm playing when you have to wait at every hole just to tee off. I doubt I will be back.
