About
Eagle Vines Vineyards & Golf Club is tucked away in the foothills of Napa Valley, offering one of the most scenic courses in the area. It is also considered by many locals to be one of the most challenging. Every hole on the golf course provides stunning views of the surrounding vineyards. The layout sprawls across gently rolling hills that weave through stands of mature cherry and oak trees, shimmering waterfalls, and meandering creeks. The golf course offers challenging multi-tiered greens and postage-stamp landing areas that demand well placed iron shots. The memorable seventh hole features an even more difficult island green. There are also some tricky fairways that seem much more open than they are. Eagle Vines numerous risk-reward opportunities that will have golfers using every club in their bag.

Disappointing
We used to host an annual 2-day golf tournament on this course for over years, last one in 2016. This is my first time back since then. The course layout is beautiful winding through the vineyards. I was disappointed to see the lack of routine & overall maintenance of the course. Tee-boxes littered with broken tees, garbage cans overflowing at the holes, broken concrete cart path.
However, greens looked good and the course is still beautiful and I’ll still play here again.

5:15 to Play 18 Holes?
I would have given this course higher ratings if we didn’t take 2:45 to play the front 9 and 2:30 to play the back. I called the pro shop to tell them how long it took to play the front and all I got was “well there are a lot of players out today.” So what? Where’s the Marshall that was promised to speed up play on the back? Nowhere to be found. The course itself was great but the pace of play was beyond ridiculous. For $89 I expected more and was disappointed. Hard to get any rhythm playing when you have to wait at every hole just to tee off. I doubt I will be back.

Going downhill
Got there at 1:45 for my 205 teatime. Snack shack was closed so we couldn’t get anything to eat or drink and there was no water on the course to drink.
The t Areas were beat up and unplayable. I get that there’s a drought so I’m gonna give them a pass on the fairways but come on!

Value course. Nothing spectacular
Decent views. Course conditions just average . Pace of play was terrible . Value if on a discount. Would not pay full price

Amazing course, I had to play 36
Beautiful course, very well maintained with a country club vibe. Definitely worth playing and still nothing outrageous for the price of a tee time.

Good condition, nice course but slow pace
Came back here after 2 years, the condition of course is much better (except tee box) probably the best one I played this year in Bay Area. But after 9 holes, it is super slow.

Slow
Great course but very slow the last time played. Waited on every hole and when we reached the 9th tee box we were the 3rd group waiting.
We apologize for the pace of play issue you experienced. We always try to keep a great pace when having our golfers on the course. In Poor Condition
One of my favorite courses, but oh, how the might have fallen! Spotty fairways, bad areas on greens, slow, bumpy greens, damaged tee boxes. Just shabby looking all around- like a muni. I hope this is a temporary issue, and not something permanent. It's too nice of a course to be treated this way.

Inconsistent greens some very bumpy some average some good.

Tee boxes, greens
The tee boxes are in very poor shape and the greens look like they were not mowed for Sunday play when you’re playing paying high-end dollars, very disappointed. I do love the layout of the course. Would not recommend this to a friend right now
