Great staff, horrible course
staff are always friendly everytime i come here— but the course really is a desperate persons course.
Its relatively cheap, tee times available even last minute, i think theyll squeeze you in if you dont have a tee time.
Again, great staff.
Course? Horribly maintained. Whats the point of hitting thr fairway if you’re driving on the moon with gravity tuned hp to 11. Divots everywhere. Patches all around. Sand is assavle.
Greens and tee boxes are relatively nice tho.
Please dont let this be the next links at victoria
Sucks
Gopher holes, thickets, trash, and homeless encampments are making the place more dangerous. Way too expensive.
Fairways are not great
The fairways are not in great condition. The ride in a cart is very bumpy. You have to drive rather slowly or else loose items will fly out of the cart due to the bumps. The greens are in good shape however.
Slow Play
Fun course, but brutally slow. It took 5 1/4 hours to play, and there was a six-some two groups ahead of us. No marshall to manage pace. The course is fun, but the waiting for every shot was tough. I would not recommend playing here on the weekends
Crabgrass EVERYWHERE
It's embarrassing what this course asks for a round of golf on a Saturday considering the amount of effort they put into their maintenance. By no means am I a professional, but when you're constantly standing in mud and hitting on dead grass, there's no chance anybody is going to have a good time. The course layout is decent and the staff was friendly, although the kitchen was closed and the bar was limited due to staffing issues. Considering I had to drive 40 minutes to get here, I won't be back.
All staff very helpful & friendly.
Keeping up a great work.
Horribly maintained
Unless you are on the green, expect a very bumpy ride in every sense of the word. Worst fairways in Orange County by far with all the rodent damage. Bunkers or dirt pits. They need to blow up everything except the greens and start over.
