About
Designed by Lloyd Clifton, Westchase winds through acres of lakes, conservation areas and forest. It offers manicured greens surrounded by natural wetlands, wooden bridges and bulkheads. With its 9,500 sq. ft. clubhouse, full-service dining room, and fully stocked pro shop, Westchase offers a country club atmosphere along with first-class service. The golf club has established itself as one of Tampa Bay's best upscale golf facilities. The front nine meander through an impressive pine forest. The back nine -- which is demanding on the tee shot -- features lakes, wetlands and cypress. Strategically placed bunkers, more sparkling lakes and stands of cypress, oak, palmetto and pine frame the fairways and greens. Signature Hole No. 3, at 212 yards from the back tee, is all you can handle -- It's a Par 3 all-carry over water from the back tee!

Great Course, Great Round
Course is beautiful and well maintained. Staff was great and would golf with Steve and Kyle anytime.
Nice Round
This semi-private course has an enjoyable layout and was in pretty good condition. Just a little too much cost for what it was, but it had a good layout and was in decent condition given the traffic it appears to see with outings etc. Bag drop didn’t communicate with starter so I wound up missing my group and got out out with a different duo, so make sure you are on top of that when you play!
Nice Layout but suspect greens
When you play a course you always look forward to nice fairways and nice greens. Level tee boxes etc. fairways were up to expectations but the greens were a huge let down. Spotty areas all over with no grass. Bumpy and difficult to have a putt stay on line.
That said, It was a nice layout and a fun play. Pro Shop staff were friendly and excellent for my first time here. I will definitely give it another try as I was assured the greens were excellent just two weeks ago

Course was well maintained and challenging. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I can’t wait to play again. I highly recommend

There are some tough shots to make, drive up and check your landing area.

I love playing this course. The fairways are always in pristine shape. The greens are always in amazing shape as well and play quick. The layout of the course is punishing but also very fair. I would recommend this course to any of my friends who come in town.
Great Course
The course is in great shape. Fairways are phenomenal, greens are true. Hot deal is a good deal
Isnt worth the money
Greens are in pretty poor shape, lots of weeds in the fairways. Finished 9 in an hour and a half and the ranger asked for the group behind us to play through because the one guy worked there. Mind you, they didnt wait to hit a shot at all. Ive played here twice and both times felt like it was a poor value. Wouldnt play here again.
This is a fun course. Very good condition . Great layout with interesting holes. Lots of carry over wetlands to greens
Fun Course
The course was great shape for end of August. The weather was nice but in mid 90's, course had water every 2 to 3 holes and the beverage cart person was moving along pretty well passed us 3 times. Will play again.
Nice course
Really liked the layout, only thing is the greens were in poor shape. Very bumpy with weeds.
Expect 5 hours to play
This course would be so much better if they had a player services Marshall making sure groups are keeping pace.
