About
The golf course at the Western Skies Golf Club has a traditional layout with many different challenges and beautiful views. Surrounded by picturesque mountains and valleys, the course offers a taste of the countryside, which is further enhanced by the many aged Mesquite and Pinon trees sprinkled throughout. It features tree-lined fairways with generous landing areas and tricky water hazards. Two notable holes are the 4th and 7th holes, both par 3s. Although it is a modest 186 yards, the 4th hole requires a carry over water to a heavily bunkered green. Western Skies Golf Club's 18th hole is a drivable par four with water along the right side, making this an exciting finishing hole.

Great Course, Fantastic Staff!
FIVE STARS! Western Skies is great for all skill levels, with wide fairways, shorter par 4's, and big flat greens. And there's almost no worries about houses encroaching on the course. The staff there treat me and everyone like family! Like I said, FIVE STARS!

FIVE STARS! Even I can score at Western Skies! They have wide fairways, lots of bail-outs, and big flat greens! But it's the people there that stands out for me. Great course for the money
Music at the club house was great and so was the course! First time playing here and shot a 91. Course is very open and forgiving. Would 100% play here again.
Great Course for the Price
Played on a Sunday afternoon at 3:10. Pace of play was good and didn't have to wait much. There is no rough and the ground outside of the fairway is hard and compact. Overall good for the price.
Great Place to Golf
Overall, the experience was great. The course was in great condition and we never had to wait. The staff were friendly yet professional.
My only disappointment was that one person in our party of three had to ride with a complete stranger (the single that joined us).
Frequent Player
I play Western Skies a lot and overall it’s a fine course. But they are allowing to many leagues taking up tee times and the leagues are slow. They seam to always score while on the green and wait for the green to clear before hitting their second shot and they are over 200 yards out. The non league players seem to play the tips and don’t hit a 200 yard drive making the group behind wait because we play the correct tees

FIVE STARS for Western Skies! I love this course, and I play it often. I shot 76 with an eagle on the 1st hole Tuesday! The staff there always treat me like family! The course is great for all skill levels, with wide fairways, lots of grassy bail-outs, short par fours, and big flat greens. Enjoy! Richard R.
Fairly reasonable yet
Easy to find easy check in. Parking lot could use repairs. Clean carts with ice and sand bottles. Runs on time. Tees pretty good but par threes need some divot filling. Fairways good Roughs pretty good. Bunkers good Greens putt nicely. Played in 3:50
Challenging Course
Enjoyed this course. It was fun but challenging. I would recommend this to any golfers. Looking forward to playing it again.
