Potential

The development looks to have been hindered by the financial crisis and still has never recovered. Neighborhood looks to be getting filled up with new tract homes which should keep play steady and hopefully lead to course improvements. The layout and property are as good as they come but the place needs new greens, bunkers, and rough. Pro-shop is also a mess and appears to be in the midst of a “renovation” that may have lost steam. Fair for the price the scenery is a plus would definitely take this course over some in the region that are in the same price bracket.

Best Conditions Around!

This course is in amazing shape for winter weather, especially compared to other courses I’ve played in central FL. Fairways are immaculate and greens roll very well. The views especially on the front nine are hard to beat. 100% worth the drive and will be returning plenty of times.

Nature, nature, water.

Great place to play. Dobt go too early unless you like cold. It took me a while to get used to cold. After 11am was better. Some challenging and interesting holes. You will enjoy it for sure.

I love the course. It has great challenges. Fairways and greens were in good shape.

The clubhouse could have more offerings of food, as in a restaurant and a bar to belly up to, dry goods and ambience .

The staff is always friendly and the starters are warm and inviting.
