🌟 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀: From the moment I stepped onto the course, I was enchanted by the stunning natural beauty that surrounds Deer Island. The picturesque views of lush green fairways, palm trees swaying gently in the breeze, and shimmering water features made every hole a delight to play! We even got to see an alligator hanging around looking for it’s next snack! 🌿⛳️

⭐ 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻: Deer Island's course design was both challenging and enjoyable, offering a great balance for players of all skill levels. With water coming into play on several holes, it added an extra layer of excitement and strategy to the game. 🏌️‍♀️💦⛳️

👍 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: The fairways were beautifully manicured, and though the greens were true, they leaned towards a slightly slower pace. However, it gave us a chance to fine-tune our putting skills while enjoying the challenge. 🌟🏆

🌅 Deer Island Golf is a hidden gem in Florida, and I can't wait to come back for another round soon! Shout out to @taylormadegolf the TP5x has become my new favorite golf ball over the past few months. Everyone should give it a try!⛳️

Nice course

My daughter and I played with Wayne from New York and had a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed the course. The only downside was the foursome ahead of us. They were really slow- (held up the whole course) they swore lots and were also very rude.

Noticed a few of the greens were getting bare spots. Didn’t really affect our game. Don’t understand why they pair a foursome between singles and/or twosomes. Need better system booking tee times.

Big Gator and great Golf

Golf was great as always. Course was in good shape for this time of year. Huge gator on 13 day. At least 6’. Saw six total from babies to the Big One.

Tough but beautiful

We drove up from Orlando because the reviews were so consistently good. It’s a bit of a hike but well worth it. What the reviews didn’t mention is how difficult it is. Water on every hole and 200 bunkers. A great value too. We’ll definitely come again. The second time will definitely be easier. Probably not a fun course for the occasional golfer.

Thought this was a great course, well worth the drive from Orlando. The only thing that bothered me was a "ranger" (elderly lady) who lurked behind us for a few holes. She seemed bent on making sure every divot was properly filled. Also, beverage cart was not on the course for some reason.
