About
Stallion Mountain Golf Club is conveniently situated just minutes from the Strip, but this Las Vegas golf course feels much further away thanks to a scenic landscape of towering, mature pines and six sparkling lakes. Over the years the course has hosted several major events including Frank Sinatra's Celebrity Classic and Las Vegas Invitational. It has a versatile layout that offers plenty of variety and shot values, which makes it appealing for a range of different skill levels. The par 4s and par 5s require long, accurate drives but the approach shots will test your iron game. The golf course also features undulating fairways lined with bunkers and water hazards come into play on 10 holes. In addition to the golf course, Stallion Mountain boasts a comprehensive practice facility that includes a 16-acre driving range with 40 tees, five practice putting greens, two chipping greens, and two practice bunkers.

Good Golf Course
Enjoyed my round of golf. Course was in good shape and pace of play was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. My main concern was the layout of the back nine. It seemed like we were riding forever to get from one tee to the next. Over all my group enjoyed the golf course.
Fun, good course for the money
Great staff and good course layout. The course is still recovering from winter, but should be in great shape this spring provided proper fertility and water regimen. Give it a try!
Pace of play
Staff was great. Course was good. Pace of play was terrible. Group of eight ahead of us assumed it was their course for the day. Maybe a Marshall driving the course moving people along.
Needs Improvement
Staff: Friendly and professional
Course: Condition was average to below average
Greens: Average at best.
Pace of Play: No Marshall. There was a 6-some and 5-some in front of our group. They tried their best to move appropriately, but with no Marshall …
C’Mon! 5+ hours
Friendly staff and fun course.
I found the fairways and greens to be in great shape. The layout was very fair yet had some difficulty to it if you didn’t get off the tee box in good shape. Will definitely play again next time I am in Vegas.
Pace
Pace was great as not too many people were playing. Course has a great layout and offers many challenges.
Great value
Stallion Mountain was a pleasant surprise. As with most Vegas courses water is a premium. The fairways and greens were great, but everything else was dormant or dry. It’s a great value and fun to play. Good practice facility was a nice surprise sans the scorched earth driving range. I’d play there again. Inverted saucer greens means you’ll need to be precise on hitting the right parts of the green.
Amazing improvements!
The course is in FANTASTIC shape!! Heard there’s ls a new superintendent and kudos for the facelift on this fun track! I’ll definitely be back and I’ll spread the word on the current conditions
Rhis course needs better better course directions. Didn't have very good directions from hole to hole
