The staff was exceptional, however, the course was somewhat disappointing considering the amount we paid. Unfortunately, they had a pipe break on the course and it hadn’t been watered for a month. The fairways were terrible and the greens were even worse. I wish they would have given us a discount because of it. Secondly, we were backed up on many of the holes. The ranger finally asked the troublesome foursome to skip a hole and move on. Sadly, we were only there for a few days, and couldn’t play another course.

This course is an absolute goat track. The biggest waste of money. Conditions were like playing in the local school field with a couple pins in the ground as targets. All the bad reviews I read, are 100% accurate. Unfortunately I read them too late and couldn’t cancel my time. I thought, how bad can it really be.. well, I never leave reviews, but I felt I had to this time because it was actually that bad.

Great course layout. Wondering why when we pulled up it looked empty. I get the spring conditions but everywhere in the course including fairways were rock hard. Like hitting on concrete. Green were in rough shape. Balls would bounce 4-5 times on medium putt. Frustration. Would be nice to play to when they put some time into greens and course.

For a gated community I would expect better playing conditions. The past and or current greenkeepers or golf course management have neglected several issues from the Sprinkler System, Fairways and Greens have become very worn and diseased. Would be interesting to see how this course receives other funding or revenue besides relying on Tee Times.

Very disappointed in the course conditions. Hardly any grass on the course and the greens were worse than that. Looked like there hadn’t been any water applied to this place in a long while. We played Rhodes Ranch the next day for a similar amount and it was very good. We were one of a few groups on the course. You know when the locals stay away at half the price out of towners pay, it tells a story.

Course is in poor condition, fairways rock hard. Mowed grass on greens that was not swept, and then watered. There are no course markings. Couldn’t order anything on the turn from snack bar. Didn’t see cart girl until 11th hole. I will take my business elsewhere!

Green is completely dried up and painted green.

Fairway has no grass but layout is good.

Fairways were ok. Greens were terrible. Staff is friendly! No issue there.
