Stallion Mountain Golf Club

Pace of play was poor this round. Cart states a 4 hour 20 minute round, but this day it was 5 hours 30 minutes. They allowed a 5-some out in front of us, they were slow as was the forest me in front of them. They had handicap flags, which is fine, but park your carts on the side not right in front of the green where you have to wait for their snail crawl walk to get to the cart, wipe the clubs off, put them in the bag, sit in the cart, take a bite of a sandwich and then move on. No one patrolling the course to keep things moving. Course was in decent shape, but overshadowed by the naps we had to take between shots.

Staff is excellent, as on top of things as they can be, and friendly. This driving range was on real grass and it was pretty good grass. The range grass does not match the course and its a real shame. Course grass is rough. Not completely dead but not good. Can't imagine being an out of towner and paying 129 for that. Pace of play is always terrible and i think thats what really ruins the entire day. Shouldnt take 5+ hours to finish. Eveything else could be tolerated if pace was better. This was the last chance I'm giving this course

Staff is great, course is nice but not too much sand in the bunkers. Makes It really hard to get out successfully.

Planned to play this course two days in a row but after the first round I can see why the price was so cheap. Greens need a lot of work, like I’d rather them 4/10, not even because they’re tough, they’re spotty and have literal divots in em. Canceled my 2nd round. Hope to come back and play under better conditions

Decent course for the price. Needs some courses maintenance, but good for the price. Has a lot of potential.

The golf course has a nice layout but the fairways & greens was bad! No grass on fairways & greens bare & bumpy! Prices was good! I would not play this course right now. Hopefully it will improve!

Great course with nice staff at a great price for locals!

We travel to Vegas a minimum of once a month and try different golf courses. This is our first time playing Stelian Mountain. My only complaint would be that the greens were in relatively poor condition, lots of burnt spots around made for an up-and-down putting day.

Will definitely play there again

Great course for the money. First class service and great apparel in the golf shop. Everything was top notch and we were treated very well by all. I would tell everyone to play here

I had an enjoyable day playing the Stallion Mountain golf course on April 4. The sun came out, and the temperature got up to the mid 70s in the early afternoon, with moderate wind. My green fee, including range balls, golf cart & tax, was under $100, through Golf Now. True, the course is not in the immaculate shape, and the round took five hours and 10 minutes to play, so if you’re looking for immaculate conditions plus a four hour and 15 minute round of golf, you’ll have to pay $1250 a round and go play Shadow Creek, $800 at the Wynn, $500 at Serket, $395 at Cascata, or somewhere like one of these “premium” Vegas area golf courses. In my humble opinion, the greens at Stallion Mountain are not as bad as some other recent reviewers allege. I found the greens to be relatively hard, smooth and fast, albeit there were some small dried out areas. The fairways are in average condition, hard and spotty in places. No one would describe the sand in the bunkers as fluffy. But in today’s Las Vegas world, you get what you pay for. Golf is expensive in Las Vegas. That’s just the reality of the year 2026.

The course is gone. Very sad. Fairways and greens are gone. This course should not be listed.

Lots of dead spots on the greens. Course is very firm allowing for long drives.. may need more irrigation. Overall layout was good.

A fun, challenging layout, conditions continue to improve.

Staff is great, layout is a great mix of lengths, rolling fairways, target par 3’s to swing away 5’s. Right amount of water, bunkers show themselves, but don’t overwhelm your day.

Greens could improve, patchy in some spots, fairways are short in places, but the value and fun is here at Stallion Mountain.

I recently rated this course and said I would not recommend it. I went back gave it another chance and it was fine. 3 to 4 star Golf Course staff were great.
