Good!
Very nice course in impeccable shape. It's hard to find good greens in July in this area - Farmstead is doing it right. Few really cool holes, all are very enjoyable. Only problem was the starter performance, big mess at 1st tee, we started on 10th, by the time we came around there were 4 ( FOUR) groups waiting to tee off on 1st. We played back 9 in under 2 hours, front 9 in 2 hr 45 min, waiting on every shot. This was Thursday morning... Hope it was a one-off issue, other than that it's a great place, highly recommended!
Really nice course
The course was in really nice condition and it was a lot of fun to play. Nice routing through a pine forest and open farmland. Very peaceful setting with no homes or other distractions around. A great value and the pace was great. We played as a threesome at 1:30 on a Tuesday and finished in three hours. I’d highly recommend it if you haven’t played before.
Wonderful Golf Course
WOW is all that I can say. The golf course is beautiful. The fairways are mown tight, and the greens are in perfect condition. I would strongly recommend this course to anyone staying in the North Myrtle area. Absolutely immaculate.
Absolutely perfect
This course is well maintained and in superb condition. I highly recommend it.
Good course!
I read a review on here that said reminded the person of Bald head let's fix that real quick no way is this course even close to bald head status not one bit. The course itself is a good course depending on tee box selection. It was in great shape. I wouldn't say it's a must play buy it's a good track with great great greens.
Wet but great overall
We played this course in the afternoon. Was a little bummed that they requested cart path only, but recent heavy rain. Was out of their control. The course was in great shape, greens rolling true. I felt this was a great value and we didn’t wait at all. The starter let us go off on the back to start which was a great decision. We would certainly play here again.
Great Day
Course was in great condition, even though it rained 3 inches the night before. The greens were great! Reminded me of Baldhead Island course
Best so far
Played 2 other courses this week and Farmstead is the best so far by a lot! Course is very well maintained and the greens were pure! Played a threesome early afternoon and finished in a smooth 4 hours. Highly recommend this golf course!
First timer
Pace of play was poorly managed. A foursome would not let me, a single thru on the back nine. Where was the course Marshall?
Brought two friends visiting for the 4th who had never played the course. Al and Larry were so welcoming and farmstead speaks for itself. Couldn’t recommend it more.
Finishing on a par 6 beautiful
Very nice coarse, thoroughly enjoyed the layout. Greens were perfect. Highly recommend this coarse. Will now be one of favorite coarse in the area.
Great first time at course
It was my 1st time playing here and thought the course was in great shape and was very enjoyable to play
Amazing
Absolutely blew me away. Maybe my new favorite course in the area.
Great Views!
Great course! Pretty neat parts are in N.C. and SC, also signs that tell you. I couldn’t be happier with how friendly the staff was and what a great guy the ranger is. Guy gave us course tips, and even fetched a ball from the water for us. I took my brother in laws golfing for the first time, they very much enjoyed the course also. Would highly recommend. Thank you to the staff for being so great and friendly with their first round! Also, if you rent clubs here, they are brand new Cleveland sets!!
Farmstead
Great experience at a North Myrtle Beach GC. Easy drop off and load up of clubs, Clubhouse are nice, Course conditions were good to great, layout challenging, played better than normal except I couldn't hole a putt, over read every break missing on the high side routinely. If you have a chance definitely go play it.
