About
The 18-hole North Shore Golf Club in Orlando, Florida is a semi-private golf course that opened in 2001. The course slides around lakes and wetlands, and then detours through a grove of large ancient oak trees before re-emerging into the clear at the finish. It has two distinct nines converging to form one remarkable 18-hole layout. Begin your round on the Modern nine, winding through native wetlands and Florida's natural topography. The Classic nine is carved through a grove of 100-year old oak trees, creating an enjoyably unique setting for your finishing holes. North Shore Golf Club is located less than 10 minutes from Orlando International Airport and offers a complete practice facility and world-class instruction.

#13 fairway, long and wide. Ignore the brown grass in the foreground - the fairways are lush enough to hit fairway woods on the par 5s with ease. Photo submitted by Buckleahy on 02/23/2013

Golfer Reviews
Very enjoyable golf course and well maintained. Staff are incredibly and the owner sat with my group for about 45min getting to know us and what our thoughts were of our day.
Prices in the Pro Shop were very fair. We bought quite a bit of Footjoy apparel. Nice atmosphere in the dinner area where we had lunch and a few drinks.
As we were leaving the owner gave my group each a North Shore Golf Club hat.
Will play again next time in the Orlando area.
This was a very enjoyable round of golf on a pleasant well-maintained course. Pace of play; condition of the course Tbox through green; challenging risk-reward design, and not over booked. It seemed a little pricey but is probably typical of Florida winter golf in February,,, I really don’t know ‘value for the money’ compared to other surrounding courses.. The experience could be improved by having more drinking water and ball washers at appropriate locations,, but still was a very good course and round.
Fun course!
Walked into the Pro Shop and stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes without being greeted. First impression was not good. I have to say the practice range was well kept and it didn’t stop there. The course was well maintained, fairways were beautiful and greens were spongy but rolled true. The front nine was wide open and fairways were forgiving, but the back nine made you think a little more about placement. The cart girl also made the rounds quickly and was much appreciated. I will definitely add this to the roster of better courses in the Orlando area.
terrible
Made a reservation online and tried to cancel through GolfNow, could NOT log in for two days before the tee time either through the app or online. The course charges me $ 224 for NO SHOW. Will never use the app again or going to this course.
Fair in the ratings
The course is not a bad course. I would give it a solid four out of five stars. The price could be a little cheaper, but in Orlando, I would agree that this is an average price for the most part everything was in decent shape, and the pace of play was fine.
Very enjoyable day. Was able to tee off 15 minutes early and pace of play was excellent with almost no waiting. Greens were very good.
Not at an $80 course
Greens good. Most of the course is in good shape, but a few holes need work up to and including restoration. I believe they ran out of room on some holes, so you get what you get.
Nice course but…
The course was in VG condition. Fairways and greens were very nice. But the pace of play was poor. Saw 5-somes and an 8-some on one tee. Waited on every shot from #7 on; needed more ranger(s) to keep people moving, and the twosome in front of us was driving the cart on green aprons. I was disappointed given the above average cost.
You needed to call GN Customer Service if you couldn't access the web page, one of the reps would have cancelled the time.
