Rolling Oaks is one of two championship courses at World Woods Golf Club. The layout offers something completely different from the renowned Pine Barrens course at the club, but it still offers the same amount of challenge and quality. The golf course is named after its landscape of rolling hills and forests of centuries old Oak trees draped with Spanish moss. Lush, rolling fairways lead to undulating greens that are protected by sharply defined, white sand bunkers. Water hazards come into play on three holes. The golf course has a traditional design but the dramatic elevation changes and picturesque landscape covered in azaleas, dogwoods, and magnolia trees really make it stand out. In addition to the two golf courses, World Woods also offers a nine-hole practice course and a circular, 20-acre driving range with target greens and practice bunkers.

The course was in great shape, the greens were rolling true and it was playable for my wife.

I thought the course was very well marked for yardages. Most of the holes play "open front" which is a big help for my wife when she plays. We had a very enjoyable round, and the price was right through Golf Now. We weren't out of the parking lot and my wife was already talking about coming back. My advice...swallow your pride and play from the appropriate tee boxes. You will have a much better time.

Out of the way, but worth the drive

This Tom Fazio design is just as beautiful as the Pine Barrens course. It will remind you of a north Georgia or North Carolina course. Large oak trees on nearly every hole. Also, large bunkering. One of the prettiest courses in the area.

They have a great course, and boy do they act like it.

Rolling Oaks siter course to the Pine Barren is every bit a beautiful and challanging since the green replacement.
Being a Brooksville resident and having played golf all over the Country we are very lucky to have this facility and play these course for this price. Great conditions, no homesites and challangeing golf. In my opinion the only thing standing in the way of this course going to the next level is the staff. Inflexible, impolite, and ungrateful for your buisness is how they appear, from the phone to book, till the starter get you going, mostly hostile and not customer service savvy.

Great but...

A great course with many interesting holes. Excellent condition. BUT the overseeding makes the greens irritatingly Slow for such an upscale course.

Agree totally, the greens were absolutely awful to putt. It was like they were velrco. I was very disappointed.
