Cypress Point Country Club is conveniently located within minutes of the Norfolk International Airport and the Virginia Beach Town Center. Despite its accessibility, the golf course feels peacefully isolated, making it a great choice for golfers who are looking for the convenience of a city course with the pace and beauty of the countryside. It's a layout that is as challenging as it is scenic with strategically placed bunkers lurking along the greensides and fairways. The occasional water hazard also comes into play. The golf course will challenge players of all skill levels but it's not overly punishing for high handicappers. Beginners will still be able to enjoy a round at Cypress Point Country Club. Besides the course, the club is also popular for its practice facility, which has a driving range and chipping and putting greens.

Very well maintained and serious course.
The only complaint I had for this round was the group ahead of us. They were extremely slow and our round took right at 4 1/2 hours.
I haven’t played this course in over a year. It was a pleasure to be back. This course creates some nice challenges and is very well kept. Sand traps could use a little help.
Won’t hesitate to go back!!

Exceedingly Beautiful Course
I’m not a big golfer, my brother-in-law loves the sport and golf’s all over the world. My wife had mentioned something about the last few times he had been golfing while vacationing here that he wasn’t that impressed. I figured I had to represent so I did a little Internet research and asked a couple locals, Cyprus happened to be the perfect course on the perfect day, we had a blast, our outfits were immaculate, and all was well in the world for about four hours. Well done!
Horrible pace of Play!
Played this course for the first time today. All in all a very nice course but you could tell the greens were recently punched making them basically unputtable! Was waved through until I got to the 13th hole and got behind a couple that was the slowest I've ever seen in all my years of playing golf! Total disregard for who was behind them, looking for their ball almost every hole and obviously not caring. Waited at least 20 minutes before each shot!
Great shape
Course is in great shape. Fun to play with few water hazards. Good course to to hone in your skills.
Enjoyable Course
We have played this course a few times and we always complete inside 4:15. Depending on the folks in front of you, you can play the course easily under 4 hours. Some very challenging holes will get your attention.
Great layout
Greens aren’t super fast but the layout is great just stays a little damp I’m assuming for most of the summer but other than that it was great!
A Real Beauty!
Enjoyed the course immensely. I had to get used to the slow greens, necessary due to the extreme temperatures, but managed well. A very nice track which was difficult at times, but always fair.
Unusual round
I have played this course several times and this is the first-time play was very slow. In fact, we quite after hole 15. Just too hot to wait on every hole. Normally this is not the case!
