About
The Bear Course is one of two courses at the Bear Creek Golf Complex; it is a championship-length course while the other, the Cub Course, is an executive length course. The Bear Course is an inland, links-style course with rolling fairways and well-manicured greens. Strategically placed bunkers situated throughout the course add some challenge to the course. A round of golf on this course can be played in less than four hours. The Bear Creek Golf Complex, in addition to the two courses, also offers a full grass driving range, two putting greens, and a short game area with a bunker.

In Transition
We only paid $26 for a Noon tee time on a perfect 88 degree day so we couldn't complain too much. Staff is outstanding as usual, and course was wide open so we played in under three hours. The course is definitely in transition from winter to summer, as most fairways were either dirt or very little grass. Greens were so so as well, tee boxes pretty good. There were maintenance guys working hard on several areas of the course. Unfortunately it seemed just about every fairway had sprinklers on right as we teed off, meaning a fairway hit meant retrieving our ball and moving it. This did get a little frustrating after several holes. Hopefully all the work being put in will pay off in a few months. We'll probably wait about three months before playing here again.
Overrun with field squirrels
Course was really rough coming off winter season. Prices are high relative to quality of fairways and greens. Can’t believe they charged ~$100 in winter. Course had good distance, but conditions just not worth anything over $40.
Good value for the cost . Surprisingly a course with a fair amount of challenging dog-legs. Greens were fair and traps a bit hard.

Sleeper tough Jack course. Greens and pace of play bueno. Food & drink closes at 5pm on Sunday, no bueno
Horrible condition!
Reminding myself once again to never play this course. Unbelievable bad shape. Fairways 50 percent browned out. The greens were the worst, bumpy and rolling horribly. So many better choices in the east valley.
