Shadow Hills Golf Club

Nice track, pretty forgiving but greens were difficult....fast and undulating. The comment that was heard throughout the day is that whom ever placed the pins got up in the wrong side of the bed!!!!....but lots a fun, played with resident who directed my wife and I in right direction. Only comment...back to back par 3's(16 & 17) but made par on both. I was told that they switched the 9's around due to setting sun. Pace of play 4hrs 15min, very friendly from pro shop to instruction on first tee.

I guess the biggest gripe I've seen about this course is the pace of play, but wasn't a problem on this day. We were done in 4 hours and 10 minutes. The course was in good condition from tee to green, and greens rolled true. Water comes into play are a fair amount of holes. The only knock I have would be on some holes homes are a little to close to fairways for my comfort. Not the most remarkable course you'll ever play, but does have a nice character to it. For what I paid ($53), made it a solid value and would definitely play again.

Although I knew I was booking a "Hot Deal", I was surprised to find out that the tee time was actually a shotgun start. It appeared to be a pretty full line-up but the two of us got a good starting hole, 9A and two decent friendly partners. Pace of play turned out to be 4:10, course was in good shape despite a full day of rain two days prior, and staff was efficient.

A very challenging course,every hole is different.

This is a great place to play, but waiting between shots is like watching paint dry.

This is a great track for all skill levels. Exceeded my expectations. Lost of deep sand to keep you honest, really challenging greens. mint condition

Weather did not cooperate. It was Very windy and we quit after 9

I will return as it is within my budget. There were a lot of ground under repair on the fairways. The check in guy Joseph was great as there was a couple in front of another gentlemen and myself and they wanted to play nine for free from points but he was not eligible and his wife tried to use a card from the other courses as it was a cheaper one. Joseph handled it well as we stood there and waited.

Traps below average. Tee boxes need a haircut badly, something I have seen recently here. Greens were great as usual.

This is a nice layout with some challenging but fair holes.

Great price best value so far is winter at any course hear in the desert.

The course is in good shape, some green have a few ball marks but it's not bad, lots of sand but good sand to hit out of, if you can get it for less than 60.00 go play!

Great condition except for traps. Greens were phenominal, true and good speed. Great layout. Staff grouchy except fir the starter. Overpriced green fees even tho it's a great golf course. Lousy small putting green, too much tilt. All the hacks were using range balls on the putting green, holy cow get some class. Good range. Played it twice and would live to play it again if I didn't have to get a 2nd mortgage to pay for it.

Too many tee times, No rangers to move the slow play along. Preferential treatment to let some players play the empty back nine first and the catch us on the 9th hole and give us grief for slowing them down for one hole.

The course was over seeded poorly and the greens were in bad shape with ball marks everywhere.

Better options elsewhere .

Great lay out with water and sand traps to deal with. The greens had a lot of elevation changes which meant that you needed to putt either up-slope or down-slope.

The course is in tremendous condition considering all the rain recently. Great desert course with large undulating greens.

It was not stated that it would be a shotgun start when I scheduled my tee time! I also had to go and find the person that I was to ride with. Someone finally took me out to the hole that I was to start on and found my ride!

The course was good but to play in 5 hours is unacceptable. Waited on every hole and every shot.
