Cimarrone Golf Club

Cimarrone is certainly coming around with conditions. Tee to green the conditions are great. Some of the greens are under construction (new sod) along with some bunkers but once it’s had some time to mature, this course is going to be in great shape.

I would recommend informing patrons of the renovations BEFORE they show up for a round that costs $70. Half of the greens being half the size is not worth that price. I understand you gave out coupons but you could have just made the price of the round we played with the issues that price.

Course had back nine closed and was working three greens on the front. Greens were patchy with missing areas. Wait until they finish changing the back and front Greens before playing.

I enjoy this course but the greens were ridiculously slow and the back nine was closed. No advance notice or discount on the rate when having to play the front twice to get in a full round.

When I booked the tee time I was notified of recent green aerification which was acceptable to my group and I. When we got out there the greens were in much worse shape than what we were told which included large amounts of dead areas and grass lengths equivalent to second cut lengths. 70% of the bunkers were also being excavated and were unplayable. The fairways were in excellent shape, though. Our group just felt like $80 for the round was too steep based on the conditions. Everyone agreed the price should’ve been around the $60 mark. Otherwise we had a good time and the clubhouse was amazing.

You can tell they are putting money into the course but the greens are not good

Enjoyed the course very much. Layout very good with wide fairways. Lots of water but plenty of room to avoid it

Greens were recently aerated and still sandy and they did inform us so all ok . Looking forward to going back in a few weeks to see how the greens are then

The ladie in charge this day was extremely rude. She was to busy to talk then we at her sitting on a chair in the room she had to go to due to inventory.

Way too expensive from last year. My wife and I usually play twice a week but now way too expensive

First time playing the course and it was really good. The layout was fun and the clubhouse seemed like it would be a good time. Will definitely be back

You can enjoy the course from the closer tees, or really test your accuracy moving back; as the risks get exponentially greater. course was in good shape. Greens rolled true. Clubhouse improvements are solid. Enjoyed it immensely.

The course was in amazing shape. The greens were incredible. I was a naysayer and I am glad I was proved wrong. I am looking forward to playing it again.

First time ever played around of golf where they had someone driving around the beverage cart and never saw them. Scorching hot could not get a beverage on the course. Possibly should go back to the old days of one cart on front one on the back.

Course is in great shape, greens are fast. Course is a must play.

People in clubhouse very welcoming and friendly. Starter Ralph excellent with his advice and smile. Other courses could take a lesson from this course; kindness and friendliness go a long way. Course conditions 10 ; pace of play 10; I’ll give the greens 9/10 a bit slow. I will go back in a heartbeat even though it’s a bit out of my way
