With new tee boxes and fairways in great condition. The greens are great and pure. A bit slow right now due to over seeding but cut perfect and pure as an angel. Feel comfortable putting this back into your rotation.

I played this course back in May and it was horrible! Greens were unplayable and course was a mess , I heard new management was in place and they were working at getting the course back in shape, I also knew this would be a process . I really like the course, good layout and good for every level . Well I read a review yesterday which was very favorable so decided to give it another shot, when I called for a tee time I specifically asked about the greens , was told they were coming back nicely so 4 of us played today . I am here to tell you put it back on list , course was in excellent shape , greens really came back nice , a little slow but rolled true , fairways were nice as well as the tee box ! Played for $45 great buy . Staff was very polite and courteous, new carts with GPS ! Stoped at newly renovated club house for a beer and snack , excellent and reasonable. Help support this place their hard work has paid off , will definitely be back !

Course is in great shape, never have I played a course that has so much water on it. Makes for a great challenge!

A must play in the JAX / St. Augustine area. The clubhouse is completely refurbished. Tee boxes, fairways and sand traps are groomed and excellent. The greens are slow but the ball rolls straight and true. Staff is friendly and professional. With water on 16 holes and mounds around the greens, it is the closest thing to TPC Sawgrass, style, but for a fraction of the price. This course will test every shot in your bag!

Really nice area and great facility - turf practice range, nice club house and pro shop and great seating area/bar with TV's outside.

I really enjoyed the course from the white tees - nice layout - different variety of holes - and although there is water on most of the holes, it is avoidable with plenty of room of tees and typically a bail out side.

The Greens - not so much -I know they have been working on them but they just arent there yet - bumpy - difficult to read - some areas have grass but its a minority

Greens are coming in nice from the damage earlier in the year. Fairways were in good shape as well as most tee boxes. Overall the course was in pretty good shape. Reviews saying it is terrible are have to be from people that don't play much or from "golf snobs" (we all know one or two). Will definitely be back.

the new owner has done a good job. I was here one year ago and the maintenance was not sufficient related to the greenfly.

Right now the course was in a very good shape, the greens after overfeeding were a little slow, but ok. staff was friendly. I will come back.

Played this course many times, and through the years it has had some ups and downs. The new owner has done the proper maintenance and brought the greens back to life. He’s completely replaced fairways that needed it and I was impressed overall. I typically play a private course and this met my expectations and then some. If you’ve had a negative experience here in the past, I encourage you to go back out because it is a great looking course.

It had been 20 years since I had played Cimmerrone. The course is challenging with the abundance of water, but fair. Greens were recently over seeded. Those that has grown in were lush and true, though slow. Some were still a little sandy, but should be good in a week or so.

I’ll definitely put this into my rotation. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
