Westchester Golf Course

The lights are not as bright for twilight. Also pace of play has been horrendous there. Could not even play 9 holes due to the lag.

Since there are so many par 3s and a lot of new golfers, pace was extremely slow. Definitely needed to space out tee times or atleast have a marshall on the course to speed people up. Course was fine, but tee boxes were not in great shape.

Just need to figure out a way to speed up pace of play. It took 3:30 to play 9 holes. There were many teeboxes where there were 2-3 groups ahead of us.

Westchester is good enough for the price. We’re walking seniors who play fast so it can get tedious out there waiting and waiting. The starter is a great guy but usually not on top of calling groups. And the fairways are regularly kind of a mess. That’s Westchester!

The guy in the clubhouse was rushing everyone and then stopping everyone. Had no clue what was going on and was a complete d!k. All 3 groups being called up were shocked at his attitude for no apparent reason..We all heard he is always like that. Other than that had a great time. You cant really complain about slow play on a Sat in LA. 5:15hr round

The course was in nice shape. The pin locations were laughable in between tiers on slopped areas. Over all was fine.

All in all great short game course . Really good to get 18 in

Took 3 hours to finish front 9. Tee’d off at 4:30 and ended at 7:30. Didn’t even stay to finish the round. They pack out tee times every 4 minutes making the pace of play almost unplayable. Wish they just said they didn’t have anything available so we could play somewhere else.

The tee times were booked incredibly close to each other so it was insanely backed up. It took an hour to play the first two holes and 5 1/2 hours to play 18. Just bonkers.

I enjoyed my time here. Fun lay out.

Great for the price. My only downfall was my first time the wait to tee off on every hole was like a 20-30 mins wait for the first 4-5 holes. 5 groups in. (Tuesday 6:00pm). I went back the Sunday ending the week with a 5:00pm tee time and the pace was WAYYYYYY better! It's a 35 min drive from me as well. But when I have the time I will definitely be coming here. Also there was a bit of poo on the course the first time I went.

The 2nd hole was backed up by 4 groups and our tee time was delayed by more than 20 minutes and had to pay full price for a junior

I played at Westchester with my friend with very low expectations. Booked a 6:40AM tee time and showed up at 6. Guy up front was very rude and grumpy. Played 18 holes in about 4 hours and the course was really fun and the conditions were very good. Love the addition of the Par 5. The holes are all very close to each other so there are a lot of loose flying balls going around. I would give this course a 5 star but the layout and the staff ruined it.

Getting on the course after a storm system left the course wet in places, but definitely playable. Randy in the clubhouse was friendly and great to work with as far as confirming our tee time and pairing. It being a Friday added more people who wanted to get out and play. We were slow behind 1-2 other parties, but by hole 5 we were able to wait way less. Generally, an enjoyable outing!

Not sure if the pace is so slow because its a popular west side course of because they book groups back to back every 10 mins?

In any case be prepared for a very slow round

But nice staff night golf and a nice executive course with a par 5 and several par 4s
