Massereene Golf Club

1st time on this course..course in great condition..had a good bit of rain (first nine holes mainly) course held the rain well and the greens still played well..grounds people have the course in really good shape. Definitely value for money.

Only downfall if u call it a downfall is we had to start at the 10th but still enjoyed it.

Will definitely be back for another go at it.

Excellent course really great value for your money the course was immaculate and the greens were very good the only thing we marked them down on was that there was a fourball in front of us and because they were in a society they wouldn’t let us play through we were held up at every hole but it’s definitely getting five stars we played Allen park last week and thought that this one in Antrim was by far the best course ten fold will definitely be back to this one soon seriously ten times better than Allen park right by the lough so some great views

This was my first time playing on this course and myself and my mate thought the course was excellent we played Allen park in Antrim last week and don’t understand why it has four and a half stars and massereene only has four stars in both our opinions this course was ten times better than Allen park the only thing I marked them down for was the four ball in front which was part of a society held us back but apart from that had a brilliant day and we will definitely be back five stars any day of the week

Couldn’t fault the course conditions and the greens were well maintained. Plenty of dog legs to the right which is great for a slicer(me). Narrow fairways make the wholes look much longer .Thick sticky rough too, enjoyed the course all around.

Only downside was the fourball in front of us who added an extra 40 minutes onto our round(2 of us) waiting on every shot from the 3rd hole. That’s not the courses fault tho!

One of my favourite courses to play in Co.Antrim. lovely layout and well looked after. Bunkers in great condition too, even though I was only in 1 all day. We played early which was a bonus because there can be a lot of flies around in the summer because of the course proximity to lough neagh. Definitely looking forward to playing again

Lovely course to play, some short par 4s and long par 3s make it an interesting course. Disappointed with the green conditions as they were extremely bumpy. Apart from the greens the course is a brilliant laoyout and holes are challenging. Would recommend to anyone!

Very poor fairways and unplayable greens.

Not enjoyable unfortunately.

Felt like there was very little point playing the course yesterday.

Played this before so know how good it can be but this time of the year the greens have been sanded and spiked, makes it unplayable.

I think visitors should be informed of course conditions when booking a tee time and spending there money, would have played elsewhere.
