Stoneybrook East Golf Course

About
Located in Central Florida, Stoneybrook East Golf Course is a championship course that has all the signatures of classic Florida golf courses. Although traditional in design there are some modern elements that lend to the overall challenge of the course. The large fairways are naturally tree-lined and the generous greens are multi-tiered and undulating. The green are also immaculately kept. Preserved wetlands and waterways create hazards that come into play on a few holes. There is also abundant wildlife on the course. Stoneybrook East Golf Course features three sets of tees.

Course layout excellent and in very good shape. Will definitely play again next year
Excellent Shape
I've lived in Orlando for 15 years. Been golfing 10. This is the first time I've ever played SBE due to poor course conditions. What a turnaround! Some of the Fairways were outstanding. Yes, some were hard, but that's Florida. Greens were in great shape. My only complaint would be the tee boxes. This is not an easy course and to have to hit off slanted, sandy tee boxes makes the course even more difficult.
Bring your A game to this course. There is not playing from other fwys. Hitting the ball in the rough will most likely lead to penalty strokes. Will definitely be returning.
Good layout, small tricky greens
Thoroughly enjoyed our first time here, pace was reasonable compared to some places we’ve played, but still slower than home with no carts !! Will definitely be back for another game before we head back home.
Golf
I had been playing with my friends Stoneybrooks for many years. This year is been a great year with the conditions of the golf course the changes and the staff keep improving thank you
Nice course and in good shape as of March 2025
The staff was really friendly. Their newly remodeled club house was very nice and the course was in good shape. Greens were a little bit hairy, but still rolled nice. Fairways were in good shape with a few exceptions.
Great Staff, Course and Pace
Was in town for work trip and the course staff accommodated our luggage as we were playing before heading to the airport. Everyone was friendly and could tell they focus on hospitality. Very nice clubhouse. The course is a fair layout and in nice condition. The tee sheet was pretty full and played to 4:10 on a Saturday starting at 10am. Money well spent and very happy we chose to play there. Hope to go back.
Nice Round
Good for the price, especially for March in Orlando. When many courses are overpriced.
The owners have put a lot of money into improvements and there was evidence of a lot of people working to improve things. Clubhouse had been redone so service in Proshop and bar/snack area is great.
Three and half hour round was nice.
Nice Experience
We escaped cold Germany to start our golf season in warmer climes. This was our first round this year in Florida and we really enjoyed it. The course is fun and in good condition. However, we don't have anything to compare it to. We were greeted very warmly and everything worked smoothly. Booking via the golf now app was easy. The driving range was fun, where you hit the balls into a lake. The disadvantage is the lack of distance information. All in all, a relaxed round of golf. Many thanks to Stoneybrook Golf Club
