About
Green Valley Country Club in Clermont sprawls across rolling hills that were once used for citrus farming. The unusually undulating terrain allows for scenic vistas all around, including a panoramic view of Lake Minneola from the sixth fairway. The golf course boasts some of the highest elevations in Lake County and the routing of the layout does much to take advantage of the sloping terrain. Throughout the golf course you'll find linear fairways and large rolling greens that call for heroic carries. Water hazards come into play on a few holes but in order to let the natural contours shine, bunkering was kept to a minimum. You'll only find it along the front and sides of the greens. Green Valley Country Club's seventh is one of the toughest holes, with an intimidating peninsula green that requires an epic drive in order to reach it in regulation.

Good value
Apart from the first 3 holes this is a great course. It is a great value. The greens roll really well and the fairways are in pretty good shape. Again this is about value as the price to play is fairly low so I am not expecting pristine conditions.
Work on the course please.
Course is in pretty bad shape. Every shot has a sandy mess with it. Just not in good shape right now
A Hidden Gem
Green Valley is a nice course tucked away in the hills of west Clermont. I enjoy playing it all the time. Older crowd, friendly staff and some challenging but fair holes.
8/10
Green valley staff and atmosphere is amazing, never disappointed after playing here. Some tee boxes and greens are. A little rough but the course has improved every month for the last year and it’s only getting better. Amazing layout long hilly holes and bunkers by the greens
Nice course needs some work done
Great layout with beautiful lakes and trees. The front nine lets it down with patchy and sometimes bald fairways. Large holes make riding in the buggy very uncomfortable. The back nine was completely different with nice fairways anda smooth ride. All the greens had been hollow tined so we're bumpy and uneven. We paid full price for our round which we should never have been asked to do. The ladies restroom was fine unfortunately the men's was a different story and quite disgusting.
Fun course
Had a great time again and of course I'll be back.
Ok
Course was in better shape than the l last time I played it. Greens could
use some work, but overall, the course was in good shape
Overall Okay
Course needs some love from a weed control stand point. Greens were pretty inconsistent but for $34, it was alright.
I would play again due to the convenience of location and cost.
Nice
If it was closer to my house I'd play hear 2 or 3 times a month easy.
Fair, but not easy
You start off going uphill yo a dogleg par 5 then downhill to the green. Then, hole #2 is a par 5 uphill all the way to the green! Tough start but it does get easier. A very good variety of holes with water in play on several holes. Course was in good condition for us and the burger and cold beer at their pub was a pleasant way to end the day.
1st time
Great layout. Fees should be discounted during aeration. Some greens in really bad shape
