About
Green Valley Country Club in Clermont sprawls across rolling hills that were once used for citrus farming. The unusually undulating terrain allows for scenic vistas all around, including a panoramic view of Lake Minneola from the sixth fairway. The golf course boasts some of the highest elevations in Lake County and the routing of the layout does much to take advantage of the sloping terrain. Throughout the golf course you'll find linear fairways and large rolling greens that call for heroic carries. Water hazards come into play on a few holes but in order to let the natural contours shine, bunkering was kept to a minimum. You'll only find it along the front and sides of the greens. Green Valley Country Club's seventh is one of the toughest holes, with an intimidating peninsula green that requires an epic drive in order to reach it in regulation.

Green Valley boys
The people involved with this course are a joke , they have forgotten what golf is about !!! Honesty , Integrity , sportsmanship are gone from course !! Green Valley Boys need to clean up their act or this course will not make it !!
Poor greens
The greens were so hard they wouldn"t hold an incoming shot. Also, they were spray painted green and impossible to stop a down slope putt near the hole.
Course in great shape
Most fairways are very good but there are a couple in rough shape

Overpriced for what it is.
Golfed here for the first and last time today. The staff were really nice nice. However, for a course that is $40 on a Tuesday afternoon I expected a little bit more quality. Only about 1/3 of the cart path is paved when there is even a path visible. The greens get progressively worse the further into the course you get. They’re covered in weeds on some of the holes making it very hard to judge putts.
Great place to play
The course plays nicely, nothing too over the top, but challenging nonetheless! Clubhouse and Pro Shop staff are always friendly!
What's up with NEW 2022 Rates?
Raising your rates $10-$20 is going to hurt your business, as it is has consistently NOT been in very good condition for the last year to begin with, and there are other courses that are in much better condition that charge around the same as the new rates you jumped to starting in 2022, so now will be forced to play other courses going forward or play a lot less based on these new rates.
