Kings Ridge Golf Club - Kings Course
About
A Lloyd Clifton creation of Kings Course at Kings Ridge Golf Club is an 18-hole beauty and Lake County's best-kept secret. Great greens, severe elevation changes, and well-placed hazards will keep you focused on this course. By focusing on the importance of playability, aesthetics and maintenance, Clifton has captured the natural beauty of the area. It is "thinker's course" where players have an opportunity to use every club in the bag.
King's Ridge opened a second 18-hole course in 2002. The new Ridge Course at Kings Ridge Golf Club is a Par 57, 3660-yard course designed by Ron Garl, making this an ideal location for your 36-hole day.

Good coures
Had a good time, looking forward to playing it again
Pin Placments
Kings Ridge 18 holes course is in real good condition. Fairway are nice, with good grass and the greens are rolling well but a little slow. My observation is that the PIN Placements seem to mostly be on the edges of the green about one flag stick from the edge and sometimes less than a flag stick. Some are about a club length from the edge. It makes for slow play. I hope there is a good reason for placing flags so close to the edge on most of the greens.
Great condition!
The course has really been in great condition over the summer. Let's hope it remains that way going forward. Greens run a bit slow but that helps keep the grass growing on them.
I still wish they would put back the water coolers since there is not a beverage cart.
Still no water...
The course was in good shape. Greens were a bit slow and needed to be mowed and rolled.
I wish they would put water coolers out on the course since there is not a beverage cart.
Kings Ridge
Great course in good condition. Fun to play with almost no water, but lots of topographical changes. One of my go to courses.
Gated community with delay getting past security. Pro shop staff were aloof and indifferent.
Poor signage with poor directions to 1st tee.
Homes were too close to the fairways, giving a claustrophobic feeling.
redundant course with no water hazards.
Fairways and greens were average
I like the layout, but the greens are slow and don't roll true
I like the layout, short and easy with lots of elevation changes, definitely my kind of course, but the greens are very slow and don't roll true.
The staff was very nice and helpful, but it would be nice to have a clubhouse for after round drinks also.
Good Course for the price
It was a good course at an average price. It was very busy and our twosome was forced to join another twosome. I worked out fine, vey friendly gentlemen but the option would have been nice.
Good condition
Greens were in nice condition. Pace of place was good for a morning weekend round!
it’s a good course
the greens had some what looked like tracks in them and the tee box’s need to be better taken care of, but beside that it’s a great course to play in the area.
Slow like usual, but course was in good shape. Greens were nice. Fun course.
