A Lloyd Clifton creation of Kings Course at Kings Ridge Golf Club is an 18-hole beauty and Lake County's best-kept secret. Great greens, severe elevation changes, and well-placed hazards will keep you focused on this course. By focusing on the importance of playability, aesthetics and maintenance, Clifton has captured the natural beauty of the area. It is "thinker's course" where players have an opportunity to use every club in the bag.
King's Ridge opened a second 18-hole course in 2002. The new Ridge Course at Kings Ridge Golf Club is a Par 57, 3660-yard course designed by Ron Garl, making this an ideal location for your 36-hole day.

Pleasantly surprised
Haven't played here in 5 years, but the course is in great shape and a good deal for the price. The greens are very undulating and challenging, but smooth and fair.
Course is in great shape!
My first time to play this course and I will definitely play it again. The course is well-kept with challenging but enjoyable holes. I was impressed with the course, especially at such a reasonable price point. A+

Fun track. Little water in play. Topography makes this course. Can play tough in the wind. Always enjoy playing here.

Loved the layout. The carts were about to fall apart but they advised the new ones were coming the next day. That’s a good thing. Booked two more rounds there. It is a wonderful experience.
Not a Typical Florida Golf Course !
Really enjoyed the visit, but the lack of water hazards on the course makes it more similar to an English parkland course than a typical Florida experience.
Quite unique in its own way, and a decent challenge from the back tees.
The greens were excellent and the best I have played on so far this trip.
It would provide an excellent venue for a corporate golf day back home in the UK - a fair challenge for all standards of golfer.

Course had been punched but greens were still ok. Wish we had know this in advance. Should have guest based on a reasonably price - finally
GREAT DAY CLERMONT
COURSE REALLY GOOD FAIRWAYS BUNKERS GREAT GREENS FINE THEY PUNCH THEM LAST WEEK THEY ROLL FINE PROBABLY ANOTHER WEEK OR SO HOLES SHOULD BE GONE. OVERALL COURSE GREAT TO PLAY TEE BOXS GREAT WELL KEPT. READY FOR RETURNING MEMBERS AND SNOWBIRDS
Should be a way to tell of course is aerated. Poor condition for private course. Greens horrible because of aeration lot of bald spots. 1or2 ball washers. On water to drink. Wouldn’t recommend
Good course
First time at this course. Typical for many FL coursd this time of year, a few brown spots. Overall very enjoyable experience on a challenging course. Alot of elevation change greens in good shape and nice fairways.
