Kings Ridge Golf Club - Ridge Course
About
The Ridge Course at Kings Ridge Golf Club is an 18-hole executive course in Clermont. The golf course was designed by Ron Garl and opened in 2002.
The golf course's panoramic views of the surrounding hills and downtown Orlando add enjoyment to the challenge of the water hazards, precise landing areas, well protected multi-tiered greens, pot bunkers, grassy hollows and deep Bahia grass roughs.

Great views!!! Photo submitted by SHASHI60 on 01/18/2015
Great day
Tea boxes and greens were in excellent condition fairways were good we enjoyed the day. There was one problem with parking because the parking lot was being repaved but the staff assisted us in a place to park. Great Day!!!
Fun course
Greens are in great condition. The tee boxes are great everything in between needs help. Overall good course definitely fun but not worth over 25$
Nice but over priced
Great little executive course but it is getting expensive to play. Hardly anyone on the course each time we go to play but management still raises the price. Not good.
Practice course
Great pitch and putt course !
Two holes you can use a driver. I played off the back tees.
Could use a little water on some of the fairways ( spotty)
I will return ;-)
3 Problems!!!!
We went to the Ridge course to sign in and it was closed (this is not the first time this has happened) So we drove back to the main site which is a distance away to sign in. I suggested that they have the main gate tell us when the ridge course is closed so that we can sign in immediately at the main site which is close to the gate and eliminate 2 long drives (there and back again), I was told they did that (who's at fault). We then got a cart there and drove to the Ridge course, Unfortunately the person signing us in did not give us a score card and we had to use the main courses score card. When we got to the first hole the sprinkers turned on and the cart and clubs got wet!!! VERY VERY poor management!!!! If you want to hold yourself out to be a professional course.... ACT LIKE IT!!!!!
Great Shape
This course was in excellent condition. It appeared that over-seading worked very well as it was apparent that the fairways, tee boxes and greens were lush with new grass. This course is very challenging and fun to play. If you miss the green it will be difficult to par the hole. I will be playing there in the future and will recommend this course to all my friends.
vet golf
greens are good fairways need work well trapped some of the traps need to be re groomed
Hot day
Very hot day vending machine did not work course office was not open had to register at kings office.
Quiet and great views of area
Nice little gem of a course. Challenging for an Executive course.
Unexpected course to play
When we arrived at the 1st tee looked a bit like a pitch and putt course. Were pleasantly surprised as we went round.
Nice Course, Never Crowded
Executive course, mostly par 3's, great for working on your short game. Well maintained and irrigated. Usually not crowded, most golfers play the big course on the other end of the property. Could use a small restaurant or snack bar, but drinks and some snacks are available.
Don’t be fooled
I inadvertently booked a round Kings Ridge thinking I was playing the championship course. Initially we were disappointed to be told that we were on the Executive course rather than the Championship Course. We decided to go ahead with the booking of the the par 3 course. That proved to be a good decision. The par 3 course is probably the best I have played in a number of years. Fifteen par 3s and 3 Par 4s made this course a real challenge requiring the use of almost all clubs in the bag. Greens were running true and the overall layout and condition were excellent. A great course to test all aspects of your game. We will be back.
Kings Ridge Executive Worst Ever
Weeds, mud galore. This is usually a fun short course in Clermont. Today it was a sad shadow of its former self. Weeds have over taken the tee boxes. The collars and cyst around the greens were all mud and weeds. The greens were full of weeds too. The cart path is almost impassable in places. The rough is 8 inches high lots of lost balls. I hope the clean this fun short course up. In the past it’s been a Clermont gem.
