Arlington Ridge Golf Club in Leesburg, Fla. runs alongside the Palatlakaha River, which edges along the entire southern boundary. Centuries-old oak trees have a commanding presence on the course with stately oak canopies providing beautiful backdrops to the greens and fairways. Pro golfer and NBC commentator Gary Koch crafted the layout. He wanted to create a golf course that is challenging but not overly difficult, giving it appeal for players of any skill level. The layout has a varied mix of holes that strike a balance between being tough and player friendly. Beginners still have a good shot at finishing the round strong while seasoned golfers will enjoy the subtle nuances of the course's tests that come from the elevated greens, strategically placed hazards, and dogleg approaches. You won't encounter any major obstacles but Arlington Ridge is a golf course that will make you think.

Good layout - easy course
Course in overall good shape. Greens and fairways were brown but very playable. Easy course to play so get a good price and just enjoy yourself.
Greens
Super shape on greens, appears fairways not overseers as some base spots, overall good shape for this time of the year.
1 slow group, prodded by ranger and pace picked up.

Nice layout and well kept
Played mid day and the pace was good. Course was in great shape and the greens were really nice. I will be playing here a lot more often.
IN THE FOG AT ARLINGTON RIDGE
COURSE GREAT SHAPE BEST I HAVE SEEN IT FOR A YEAR, LITTLE FOGGY LIKE MY GAME,OVERALL GREENS RUN TRUE AND ABOUT 9.5 FIARWAYS FINE ROUGH NOT BAD. USER FRIENDLY COURSE. GO TRY IT OUT WITH A HOT DEAL. MERRY CHRISTMASS
A great layout
We enjoyed our return visit to Arlington Ridge, where we received a warm welcome. However, we were a fourball following two groups of men, and they lost time and had a whole hole open ahead of them very quickly. As a result, the round took nearly 5 hours to complete. The marshall passed us on several occasions, but never suggested that we might find the waiting annoying - which we most certainly did.
Arlington Ridge
Fun course to play...relatively open off the tee box, with some guarded greens. Greens typically in great shape and roll true. Staff always friendly, and pace of play was great. Finished in under 4 hours.

NICE DAY AT THE RIDGE
THS COURSE IN GREAT SHAPE MUCH BETTER SINCE LAST TME PLAYED HERE ABOUT 1 YEAR AGO GREENS GREAT NICE SPEED. THEY HAVE CLEARED OUT BACK WOODS AROUND BACK NINE TO BUILT MORE HOUSES,TO BAD THEY DID NOT LEAVE ANY OF THOSE GREAT OAKS.

Course was in very good condition. Fairways are wide with no trees yet you are challenged by the tree you play from.
