Golf Club At South Hampton

Front 9 fairways are thinner than Joe Bidens hair. Back fairways got better but, whoever said the greens are improving was either hammered or blind. You’ll miss putts all day with them having to roll through the beach and the Rockies every hole.

The greens were in poor shape and they had a way mens shotgun in front of us so play was 5 hours.

This was my second time playing here and I was just as impressed as I was initially. We drove up from Mount Dora to play a round with a friend who lives in JAX. It's his favorite course and for good reason. The greens are coming along nicely and the fairways are well groomed. The chipping area, putting area and range are impressive with plenty of room. I'm already looking forward to our next round here!

I was 30 minutes late yet the cashier found an opening with a threesome. Even gave me some balls to hit while waiting for my tee time.

All three were reasonably good golfers and the game was a great day.

Descent layout and reasonable course

Better to go for maintenance, more grass on the fairways and surrounding area

The greens are going through a weed problem. Little bumps of weeds growing on the greens. Big sections of greens have been replaced with new grass. Lots of sand to fill in the holes. You can tell the course is doing all they can to fix then. Everything else was great.

Course and conditions are nice. Greens need to be redone

Course is in good shape for the amount of play it gets. Many greens are suffering again, but most are fine to putt.
