About
Monarch Golf Club at Royal Highlands is carved from gently rolling hills located just outside of Orlando in the city of Leesburg. Although the wide fairways are relatively flat, the golf course's terrain provides the greens with gentle undulation. Sparkling lakes provide scenery while also coming into play as water hazards on nine holes. There are also doglegs and bunkers throughout to provide the golf course with even more challenges. Much of the land that the club occupies has been preserved as a wetlands area, offering golfers a glimpse of native wildlife. In addition to its natural beauty, Monarch Golf Club at Royal Highlands is popular due to its accessible layout that accommodates both low and high handicap players.

great course with fast greens
great course in great shape. greens are quick, would
love to see some golfers repair their pitch marks on greens.
Excellent value compared to the area courses. Pretty good shape with a reasonable green fee. Fun course.
Decent Short Course
Overall a nice course. The course has some tricky placements of greens, so be mindful of tee and approach shots. The tee boxes are coming along and the fairways on some holes are a little thin. The greens are rolling very well!
Definitely worth playing before the rates go up!

Need some attention on tee box and some fairway, green was great, staffs was very friendly, good pace to play, will be back soon.
CONFUSSED
GOT THERE AND THEY HAD US PLAY IN A SHOTGUN FORMAT BEHIND MEMBERS WHO WERE SLOW AS MOLASSES.IT TOOK US 5HOURS TO FINSH
Needs work.
Course layout was great. Staff super friendly. They have suffered issues with weeds. Tee boxes and fairways have weed issues. The greens over all are in good shape though there are patches with weeds. I got a hot deal for $30 which was well worth it.
