Not sure what is going on but fairway conditions were as bad as I’ve seen anywhere, ever. Greens ranged from shaggy & extremely slow to bald and bumpy.

Hopefully they are in the midst of some kind of restoration, but ....

Fairways are bare or swamped, greens are ok but some are overcome with something. Traps are almost bare and haven't been touched. Tee boxes are awful for the most part. The fact that I paid over $30 to play here I feel was a waste. I've played here a number of times and it was very disappointing to see how far this course has turned south.

The course is always in terribly bad, unplayable conditions. How they can charge $53, let alone any money for this course is beyond me. Don’t play, it’s not worth it even for free.

Course was closed and completely submerged with water from tropical storm Alex. There was no report of this on golf now and I was charged a convenience fee for booking and also wasted my time driving to the course

Course is narrow, probably end on someone house or in the water, crowded course, low cost

I have played this course several times and I have a really bad experience.

Back in 2020, The first time I played this course, we had to wait more than 30 minutes. My tee time was 7:00 am but the staff showed up at 7:30 am.......

Here is the summary.

Tee box : a lot of tee boxes were torn and filled with sands

Fairway : as usual pretty bad.

Green : It is not a green. It seems like grass was not cut more than a month or so. It was sooo slow. I literally smack the ball when I putt.

Course was fun, and has some of the narrowest fairways I have ever played. Probably isn’t the best course for those who aren’t accurate golfers since about 1/3 of the holes are adjacent to busy roads.

El course esta en pesimo estado, El fairway es pura arena, no existe la grama. Pague para jugar 18 hoyos y solo jugue 11 por el mal estado en la q esta. Por muy bajo que este El Green feet este course actualmente NO tiene las condiciones minimas para jugar.

I have always liked this course. It's close to my house and rarely ever busy, However it could use some updates and better maintenance.

First the layout. I love the difference from hole to hole. I like the way water comes into play for 12 of the holes. And it can range to as easy as hitting a 20 yard area while carrying 100+ to determining if you can carry 160 but kill it so it doesn't roll past a 30 yard playing area.......I rarely can. The layout is challenging but enjoyable.

The course maintenance (like I said) leaves a lot to be desired. Many a times some holes are just not playable or they adjust it so that it kills the main focus of the hole. Example: the 13th hole has water towards the end giving you a decision to lay up or try for what is an obstructed green after water. Sometimes that green is being worked on and you play it so that the water is taken out of the equation. That kills that hole.

The staff is agreeable. never had any issues and they always follow thru. They have a restaurant behind the pro shop which has anything you would ever want. The cart "people" are always circling at a good pace.

All in all, I'd recommend this course but would say that it depends on when you go. I know there has been a recent uptick in pricing but for your buck you can get much more elsewhere during weekend mornings. However, You can also do a lot worse. Definitely not elite but it's usually a good time outing.

We started at 8am, confirmed T-Time by GolfNow. On T1, 8 guys were waitung belonging to a birthday group. They suggested we should start at T10 what we did. After 3 holes we had a flight with 8 players ahead of us. They let us pass fortunately. After finishing the back 9 we went back to T1 where more than 5 people were waitung. We finished unsatisfied.

The greens were nice looking but extremly slow.
