About
The East Course at the Country Club of Miami boasts several famous players including Bob Hope and Jack Nicklaus. The East Course is one of two courses at the club. The layout puts a premium on strategy and accuracy and it can accommodate both the beginning and experienced golfer. The golf course is well maintained with a layout that features water hazards and bunkers that come into play throughout. There is some housing close to the course. The Country Club of Miami also has a grass driving range as well as large pitching, putting, and chipping areas for golfers to work on their short game.

Why no rakes for the sand traps?
If rakes are not provided, then why have sand traps? Also, serious work is needed on the greens.
Worth a play
Course was/is in a reasonable condition . Some greens have patchy /bare spots. Would really recommend using GPS or some other mechanism to identify water as the layout on the scorecard is inadequate. The length from the Gold Tees is quite challenging
Great course but was under water in november 2020 and still recovering. Staff is awesome and very helpful, bring your own food, no snacks, no munchies, no food.
Not a bad course for 30 bucks
For 30 bucks golf now hot deal this was well worth the money..now if your a scratch golfer or pro you may not like it..But I'm a 14 handicap and I loved it.
Nice course layout with not to many difficult areas that can cause problems.
The course condition is the worse of any course within Dade County. It is a true sign that the County is not putting any money into the maintenance of the course. The greens are bar far the worse greens we have played over the last four years. Sorry, but all 4 of us stated that we are not coming back to Country Club of Miami in the future. Disappointing
Don't waste your time
It's a shame where this course has gone, used to be one of my favorite tracks to play.
Not that bad
So if I listened to the reviews of this course, I wouldn't have gone back four times..What someone thinks sucks you may think differently, so my suggestion go and give it a shot...
The worst golf course ever played
I was so disappointed at how the golf course was and had to be the worst that i ever played in and i play once or sometimes twice a week. The sad part is how much they charge you to play. I played with my two friends and they said thesame thing. The greens were the worst ever with so much bare spots. Its unputtable!!The tee box was the worst ever filled with barespots and weeds. The same with the fairway. I was so glad when it was over. Shame on those who let this happen and how much you charge to play. I live in Miami and will tell all my golf friends not to waste their time in playing here. Very sad and disappointed.
