About
The East Course at the Country Club of Miami boasts several famous players including Bob Hope and Jack Nicklaus. The East Course is one of two courses at the club. The layout puts a premium on strategy and accuracy and it can accommodate both the beginning and experienced golfer. The golf course is well maintained with a layout that features water hazards and bunkers that come into play throughout. There is some housing close to the course. The Country Club of Miami also has a grass driving range as well as large pitching, putting, and chipping areas for golfers to work on their short game.

This course has been slightly abandoned and it shows. Very dry, bad patches on fairways and greens. It will need some help to come back. Too bad!!!
Course condition
Very poorly kept, as if there is no greens keeper. Will not be going back anytime soon unless staff is changed to people who care.
Dry and hard
Course needs a lot of water. Fairways are like concrete. Greens have crabgrass. Needs some much needed attention
Awful
This course is terribly taken care of. Yellow fairways, brown green, foliage everywhere. It'slike playing in a cow field.
Why no rakes for the sand traps?
If rakes are not provided, then why have sand traps? Also, serious work is needed on the greens.
Worth a play
Course was/is in a reasonable condition . Some greens have patchy /bare spots. Would really recommend using GPS or some other mechanism to identify water as the layout on the scorecard is inadequate. The length from the Gold Tees is quite challenging
Great course but was under water in november 2020 and still recovering. Staff is awesome and very helpful, bring your own food, no snacks, no munchies, no food.
