About
The East Course at the Country Club of Miami boasts several famous players including Bob Hope and Jack Nicklaus. The East Course is one of two courses at the club. The layout puts a premium on strategy and accuracy and it can accommodate both the beginning and experienced golfer. The golf course is well maintained with a layout that features water hazards and bunkers that come into play throughout. There is some housing close to the course. The Country Club of Miami also has a grass driving range as well as large pitching, putting, and chipping areas for golfers to work on their short game.

This place is a dump. It’s dried up.
The course is in the worse I’ve ever seen it been playing here for three years
Needs work
I used to play this course as a kid, it’s where I first learned. It was a shame to see how they let the place go. The clubhouse is run down, and the fairways need a lot of work. I did see they are working on course renovations so that will be good. Pace of play was horrendous. They let a 5 some of new golfers play and I had to skip two groups to actually finish my round under 6 hours. Staff was friendly but older and seemed like they didn’t want problems with the rowdy 5 some
Pretty Bad Shape
Fairways were really bad, Hard pan was all you found and maybe some weeds. Greens were not bad but every one had ball marks all over them. 5 hour round, horribly slow, the starter actually let out a five some. I'll never go back.
Decent value but fairways a bit rough
The greens were in good shape. But from the tea box to the green, the fairways were in less than stellar shape. Lots of weeds. Lots of brown spots. But overall, a reasonable value for the money.
Much better for the tee off and Green
The condition on the course is pour and very pour arsoude the greens
Good course to try out
It;s a good course to try out. The condition is fair in general with small patches of yellow grass in fairways and greens. The layout is not too bad with a fair number of water ponds and bunkers. It's a good deal considering the fees in this high season.
