About
The East Course at the Country Club of Miami boasts several famous players including Bob Hope and Jack Nicklaus. The East Course is one of two courses at the club. The layout puts a premium on strategy and accuracy and it can accommodate both the beginning and experienced golfer. The golf course is well maintained with a layout that features water hazards and bunkers that come into play throughout. There is some housing close to the course. The Country Club of Miami also has a grass driving range as well as large pitching, putting, and chipping areas for golfers to work on their short game.

Could be much better
This course has a nice layout. Client service is great.
Unfortunately, the greens are not very nice. Grass is too long and it does not hold the line.
Another major problem is that the course is far from being woman friendly. Way too long. Even the white tees that should be for seniors are too long. Par 4 of 394, 384, 372 or par 5 of 508 is way too long for seniors.
With such a nice design, this course deserves better conditions.

Really enjoyed. Friendly lady in the shop. Some areas could use improvement but generally tee boxes, fairways, bunkers, and greens all in good shape. Great course layout. Walkable.
Good course for the price
Good course. I’d like to see a little more landscaping, men’s locker room, upgraded restaurant. The coolest thing about the course is the burrowing owls.
Great layout
The course seems to be getting the TLC that it needs. I staff working under the extreme heat indexes are doing an admirable job. I look forward to playing again to enjoy the course and assess the progress.
