Riverwood Golf Club

This is a beautiful course which we always play when visiting from Scotland. It is a great layout winding through quiet wooded areas with water on most holes providing a strong, but fair challenge to all levels of golfer. There are several opportunites for that one "shot of the day".

The fairways, greens and bunkers are always in lovely condition and a pleasure to play. It is complemented by an excellent practice range with free warm up balls to loosen up and a nice inviting clubhouse. The organisation is slick and the staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Indeed on our last visit I had booked to play on the wrong day and the team could not have been more helpful in sorting out my mistake and fitting us into the schedule. It saved my bacon as I'd kept this treat for the last day of our golf trip to celebrate a friends 60th! Do not miss this course if you get the chance, you won't be disappointed. We will be back in Sept/Oct to take on the challenge again.

This is a great course and fun course. I’ll play anytime especially at the summertime prices and pace of play.

Great course very challenging and in great shape other than greens being sanded. I will go back again. Great layout and staff was very good. It just would’ve been nice to have been notified that the greens were undergoing maintenance before playing.

Course was simply pristine from tee to green, and greens were perfect speed & rolled true (stay below the hole!!). Tee boxes level, fairways lush, greens & collars flawless. Bunkers had great & consistent sand....only negative was hole #7 (long par 3 over water) had a temp green for some reason, even though it looked fine & no one was working on it. Really looked forward to playing that hole. Had played here once several years ago and was anxious to return, but prices are a little steep for me during the season, so took this opportunity to play before leaving for the year. An outstanding track that has plenty of trouble lurking if you don't hit it straight. A must play course if you're in the area. Although a "private club", we were welcomed & treated very well as a Golf Now player.

Starter was complete a hole. Give a little guy power watch out played here many times. Condition fair for price

Booked a round later in the day because I’m cheap; great value at $55, but would be apprehensive to pay the rack rate of $125.

Great condition, greens rolled fast and true. Tee to green hard to find much to complain about, fun layout too!

Got stuck behind some slower groups, but luckily joined up with a member, we skipped 4 holes but it was worth it, no one in front of us.

Will definitely be back, especially during off-season when rates are more in my budget

This is one of the nicest courses in Southwest Florida but it’s been in better shape when I played it before not bad, but not up to where it was a five star still very nice course

Not in as good a shape as it has been when I played it a couple of years ago. Hot deals a fair price, but otherwise way over priced for April.

Very very busy at Course.

Course is in good shape but extremely challenging with many blind tee shots. Carts are not up to par with the overall experience very old gas powered carts and not having a GPS if you haven’t played the course makes it even more challenging.

Play up to shorter tees if you haven’t played here.

The course was great, but in my opinion, the par 5's lack a real opportunity to go for them in two.

Been watching the price of the course all winter price dropped below $50 we decided to treet ourselves to full size par72 course before going back home to Ohio for the summer and was very pleased with our choice will definitely play it again if price permits next season

Lovely course but the outdated carts made the round less than perfect. Next year an upgrade is expected..

We started our round in the late afternoon with a Hot Deal. The rate made the course a solid value and most golfers had left for the day as we finished in 3.5 hours. The course was in good shape and the staff was most helpful. Excellent value and a good time.
