Beautiful course- well kept

Enjoyed the grass type., as compared to other courses in the area. Greens were in excellent condition. The entire course was well kept. Fairways, on most holes, were tight and challenging. Will definitely play it again.

Great course

Beautiful area and the course was in great condition. It had some challenging holes which kept the round interesting. Pace of play was perfect! No delays at all. Due to hurricane, clubhouse is being renovated but pro shop still open. Tent for food til 2:30 pm.

Would highly recommend!

Horrible rangers, very slow 5 hour round ended in darkness

Green fees are over priced. Club house damaged by hurricane so facilities were lacking, which should lower the price but didn't. Pace of play is very slow and the rangers are terrible and rude. Tee times are too close together so too many people are on the course, which makes it slow due to the difficulty. Even though we were ahead of pace the ranger kept harassing us, probably because we had 2 women in our group, who weren't slowing us down. He assumed the women were slow even though they weren't, and we were ahead of the pace shown on the scorecard. The ranger was totally rude to everyone in our group. Totally unprofessional jerk! Will never play there again because of him.

Overrated

This is an excellent challenging design. The fee is high compared to other excellent courses in the area. The course takes advantage of its positive reviews. Clubhouse under repair due to Ian. Cart path only not advertised. Watering of overseed made playing difficult and wet, also not advertised. Enjoyed the beauty of this course but would not return at $80 to $100. Better value elsewhere.

Overseeding restrictions but...

Still a great golf track. Overseeding was growing in nicely. Lots of scheduled watering and cart path only. Greens still fast and true. Temporary tent for beverage/food service (6 months expected) thanks to hurricane Ian. But servers were wonderful and happy to help us. Get on Riverwood anytime you can - it is a treat!
