Course was in excellent shape, however a little disappointed in some of the greens...ball did not always roll true and occasionally jumped off line. Played at 11 o'clock on a Friday and the course was packed which may have been the reason for inconsistent greens. Practice facilities were outstanding.

Great course layout, many holes required long and precision drive in order to get par. Greens and fairways are in great condition. Best of all, great price for the value.

We played the course after overseeding. Cart paths only. The course was in good shape, however, we would not have played if we knew overseeding was in progress. Great layout, I shot my age 76 and can't complain too much. would like to play the course when it is in pristine condition

Greens are nice. Conditions are very good.. Easy layout with large greens. However, you better bring your "a" game if you step back to the blue tees. I had 78 with 2 double bogeys...... They will sneak up on you if you aren't careful. Great value for the money! Enjoy.

Course has some tricky holes with blind shots. My personal GPS was very accurate and we managed to see trouble coming, distances were very accurate. You need a cart unless you are OK walking a great distance between some holes. Got lost going to 14. Actually had to follow a sidewalk about a block and across a busy intersection. No problem, although a sign would have been helpful. Three fairways were cart path only due to the wet conditions. Most fairways were very wet and probably should have not allowed carts...but that would have slowed pace too much. I will play again when at HHI.

Great course for the price , greens in good condition , will play again

Course was packed with no marshal. Pace of play very slow, 5 hour pace. Greens were very grainy and did not appear to have been mowed that morning. We played around 11am. The holes were very worn and had not been changed in a while. The layout was good, but obviously not managed very well.

This course is a good price and in excellent condition. Definitely worth checking it out. Certainly will continue to play there.

Great course. Course conditioning was very good. Challenging course, but not overly difficult for the average golfer. Signage directing players to the next hole could be improved at a couple locations, e.g. directions to hole #10 at the entrance to the highway tunnel.
Will definitely play Pinecrest again.

Cart path only due to all the recent rain. Course was in good condition. Nice greens. Staff very friendly. Only negative is distance from greens to tees on several holes. Not a problem riding other than tee location was poorly marked for several holes. One direction arrow was covered by brush and we made a wrong turn. No excuse for not having better markings.

I expected a good course but it really is a great one. Bunkers are numerous and come into play. Water is abundant and not always an issue but at times offer a challange. I was paired up with another golfnow single who had played here before. Great time, staff very helpful, practice areas well above average.

Long course with large greens and excellent practice facility. great condition from frairway, greens, bunkers and even the rough.

For 1st time players several of the tee s were very hard to find. A map or picture of each hole would have saved some lost balls. The practice facilities were very good

Great course. Fairways not too narrow. Some water and thick underbrush to make it challenging. Some areas of the fairways drop off sharply on the left side. Enjoyed the course, will play again.

Never played this course before in all my years of traveling to Hilton Head. Great course for the price. Played it three times on vacation.

This course was reccommended to me by our resort staff, very highly. It is great for middle handicappers and seniors with only two holes requiring at least 85 dyes off the tee to clear a hazard. Be ware of the chicken on hole 5, it knows when you are swinging!

Got on Saturday and breezed around coarse..great quality

The course was in great shape. The course has very large greens that are in great shape as well.
