Lanier Islands Legacy Golf Course

Absolutely gorgeous course and great layout. Staff was super friendly. They let me out early as a single. I finished the round in less than three hours. Beautiful views of Lake Lanier, several greens guarded by the lake water and along the beach.

Absolute perfect course. The starter was very nice.

Greens were a little rough due to recent aeration but otherwise perfect course, perfect weather, perfect people.

Great day to play and a great course. Staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating and really wants you to enjoy your day. Course is in great shape except the greens are still recovering from aeration but actually rolled pretty well. One of my favorite courses in GA and if you have a chance don’t miss out.

It's by far my favorite course in the Atlanta area. From the natural beauty of the lake (seen on most holes) to the manicured conditions, the course is a thing of beauty. The friendly and accommodating staff makes sure the experience just that much better.

Legacy on Lanier is my favorite North Georgia golf course. It is a beautiful setting, all around Lake Lanier islands. A nice variety of holes. Challenging, but fair. The staff is extremely friendly. They treat you like a valued customer.

The round starts with the friendly staff greeting you at your car, taking your bags and welcoming you.

The included breakfast, drinks, lunch at the turn all add to the experience at this very scenic golf course.

Pace of play is always good and the conditions are great.

With 12 holes on the lake the course is a challenge to any level of golfer. I've been to this course over 10 times this year and it's always a great day with excellent conditions and amenities.

The course is incredible, the staff are over the top! Best around!

The staff is always extremely friendly and pleasant; the course maintenance is impeccable; the greens are challenging and in excellent condition; the location, course layout and beauty is undeniable.

I drive 50 minutes each way to play Legacy at Lanier a couple of times per month. It is pricey but if you get the Senior card it is a good deal. The conditions are great, the course is a great challenge, and the views are unbelievable. The biscuits in the morning are a great touch as are the sandwiches for lunch that are included in your round. .

Course I’d always in great shape. Very challenging. Very scenic and exceptional playing conditions. Never had a bad experience.

This is my favorite course in Atlanta. It is challenging. However, you can't beat the scenic views, staff friendliness, and course layout. I highly recommend it if you haven't played it.

I love the course. It’s always a challenge: at least 11 holes on or across water, with well kept greens & fairways, many tight landing areas , and spectacular views around the lake. The staff is great and friendly. And if you play the early morning they have the best cheese biscuits, hot dogs , snacks and drinks included with your greens fees. I would recommend the course to anyone.

Course was in great shape. Greens slower than usual due to rain. Only concern was they put me with 3 other players and we each had a cart. Not the best decision. Play was slow

Very friendly, comfortable carts, great amenities, great course but quite challenging from the Blue Tees.

I love this course! The staff are extremely friendly and the amenities and course views are hard to beat! My favorite course in Georgia by far!
