Dating back to 1900, Winter Park Golf Course is one of the oldest golf courses in Florida. The course and clubhouse are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Despite being a nine-hole golf course, Winter Park Golf Course is not an ordinary pitch and putt. Known for its narrow, tree-lined fairways and postage stamp greens that are heavily guarded by bunkers, the golf course presents a formidable test to even the most skilled golfers. The golf course is ideal for golfers looking to sharpen their short game skills. Besides offering a challenging game, Winter Park Golf Course has extremely affordable rates that make it a great location for catching a quick round.

I've played the course for over 40 yrs. I love the course. Especially since they completely redid it. The layout is great. I love how difficult the greens are. Greens are in great shape. But the fairways need some work. There is alot of dry spots (almost bare spots) and areas with alot of weeds. Overall, it's my favorite course in Orlando.

Fun, friendly and occasionally fearsome course
I just moved to Orlando 2 weeks ago and was looking for a 9 hole course like I used to play in Falls Church VA. I was thrilled to find such a great course right in the heart of beautiful Winter Park. It is a wide open course with NO WATER which makes it look easy. However the greens are very fast and undulating and your score will soar until you learn how to read these tricky greens. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I met some real nice folks happy to describe the course and give tips to me (suggestions not money). I hope to join a senior league there soon.
Just what I needed
Walking the course with friends was very enjoyable. Course is in good condition although green side bunkers were very wet and hard from recent weather. Definitely would return again and recommend to others

We had a great time playing WP9. it was hot but we fun.
Excellent Course
Great nine-hole course. Shorter than many courses, but sloping greens add difficulty. Unlike many other area courses there is not a problem with drainage.
Course condition was good.
I was just left of the green on #9 but couldn’t use putter up the slope because of very rough fringe condition (possibly damage from sandhill cranes?)
Great walking couse for a quick 9 hole round
Greens were well groomed and easy to walk. Challenging and rewarding if you are accurate shooter.
