Surprisingly good.
Tees and fairways were all in good condition and the greens were very good with consistent pace. The layout is quite open and although a few par 4’s are quite short the small greens called for accurate approach shots.
The pace of play was good and the course was great value for money. Overall I would recommend playing here and you might be pleasantly surprised.
