Brilliant course! Greens immaculate better than greens I've played anywhere including Spain Portugal etc... and somehow maintained in this British weather. Views are great. Just make sure you're ready to walk up some big hills. Will definitely be playing again!!

This is a fantastic course that offers so much for 18 holes of golf. The course itself is incredibly challenging with having to to hit up hill, down hill, ball below and above your feet. Some blind tee shots, approaches to narrow greens, dog legs and true undulating greens. Given that we paid £16.99 for hot deal tee time the course was excellent value for money. The course is incredibly hilly and even if you have a trolley is tough to walk so if you're not the fittest definitely consider a buggy. I won't go through every hole but there is so much variety that you will not get bored plus the views at the top of the hills are stunning so take a camera with you! The members were great too and were happy to let us play through so we weren't held up at all. For handicappers 18 or lower this is a great challenge, for higher handicaps this is a tough course so concentrate on positioning off the tee rather than power!

I went with a friend who had a present from his wife for fathers day, admittedly the weather was perfect but what a little hidden gem this is, I have played a lot of courses including Spain and this is up there with the best, the view from the 9th and 12th is the best views I’ve seen on a golf course. The course is immaculate so credit to the groundsmen, I couldn’t fault this place. The only issue I had is when I got back to the club house I asked the young chap on reception how much it was to join and he didn’t know! And only 5 buggy’s but I really enjoyed it walking if your local you must give this a go, it’s all I think about getting back up there. I can imagine in winter or bad weather it’s abit if a pig but for me it’s perfect.

Great to go back after three years course in immaculate condition & greens also, pro & staff friendly & helpful, will return , good value for money.

I would definitely recommend a buggy hire as this course is a very big hill climb!!

Gorgeous course set in a stunning location with magical views especially from the 12th tee. Greens fast, fairways sweet, staff friendly. Would highly recommend this course.

Greens quick and true. a good mix of interesting holes. a fair climb mid round then back down. Will return. A big thank you to the pro or assistant pro who helped tighten my driver before I teed off. recommended.

A bit out of the way so give yourself plenty of journey time.

The Middle part of the course is a bit of a climb especially if you take the 7th sign towards the Ladies tee which is not clear. Ok overall but a long trek to the Club.

good course..next time Ill rent a buggy because its very undulating.

Has to be said, first time playing this course and we will be back. Great layout, not for the faint hearted on the front nine but once you tee off on the 12th you know why you’ll be back ! Really friendly staff and a pleasure to play. Greens we’re immaculate credit to their ground staff.

My second time to play this course and it's condition was fantastic for the time of year. All greens in use and in great nick. A hilly course with a variety of holes from long par 5s to a short testing par 3. Definitely worth the green fees.

Course was outstanding considering what weather we have had last few weeks.. Luke the professional was fantastic also. Great service overall.

Great condition considering rain a few days before. Only 2 temporary greens which were warned a head of play.

Wouldn’t mind a ski lift for a few of the holes and hiking boots.

Would definitely play again and look forward to playing in the summer.
