Apart from the high winds resulting in unsurmountable Autum leaves covering the greens the course was in great condition and a pleasure to play for the price. Especially as there was no hold ups by slow players anywhere on the course

Course was in good condition considering the amount of rain that had fallen in the previous few days. Greens were true if a little slow (see rain comment).

Pace of play was a little slow as we were the first pair on after a competition, we knew the comp was on and kind of expected it, but for the price we paid, didn't impact on the enjoyment.

Would recommend this course.

Course was in great condition with greens playing really well. Some stand out holes especially the 11th. A great par 3 over water. Will definitely play again

We played as four ball and the course was in excellent condition. Greens quick and smooth with some fun challenging holes. Superb value for twilight golfers, from 12 noon £15, from 4pm just £10. Thanks.

The weather was lousy which meant the bunkers were flooded and solid but the greens were superb - fastest I've seen for a while. No one else out which meant that the pace of play was unhindered- unusual for here as that's always been my gripe in the past. Excellent time and challenging length of course, well maintained. Had a great round on this course with some stunning views and wildlife to admire, course in excellent condition, with some really challenging holes, will definitely be playing here again soon.

Played on a very warm weekday in May, course in great condition overall, pace of play great, took us as a 2 ball 3 hours 20 mins and we weren't rushing round, both walking.

A fantastic course to play, a good mix of water, bunkers and trees to make the game interesting, well maintained and presented, definitely play again! Great value for money

The course is in great condition with well looked after greens but the bunkers could do with a bit more sand in. The Front nine eases you in before the back nine kicks in which is more established and just slightly more difficult. Some wicked holes with water hazards on this course for you to avoid. Overall great course for the money

We booked two 3 balls off the advise that this course was a very good one. The course itself was a good track however the condition was not. Such a shame.

We were really looking forward to playing it and the greens were so poor we just couldnt enjoy the day although there was some great golf shots being hit. Scores could of been lower if the greens were true and in better condiditon. I know were are early season and maybe we are spoilt at South shields golf with our spectacular green. I dont know but i do know the £25 green fee is not worth it yet untill the greens improve dramatically. Could be a very good course in the Summer.

Greens were in need of cutting. Also a bit bobbly.

Arrived at course no pro shop open no score cards winter T offs slopping stance and long grass All winter greens and in poor condition ie divots and pitch marks £15 a round

Beautiful course, lovely layout and in great condition for the time of year. Greens where a little dewy when we first started but other than that I would have to say pretty perfect. Lovely clubhouse for an after round pint and a bite. I really think this place could benefit from having a hotel as it would be a perfect place for a golf break.
