Great well looked after course but.....
What the heck as happened to the weekday walk up prices?
Just took a look at playing Wednesday when I drop the car in for a service and the cost of 18 has nearly doubled from 2019 pre Covid for the same time of day
Some great (and better) courses in and around that area with far more sensible day ticket prices

Wet under foot
Recent rainfall meant the corde was wet under foot . The main daissapointment was the use of temporary tee boxes drastically shortening the course and spoiling some otherwise fantastic golf holes. Greens in use were in good condition overall. The overall course playing conditions are likely reflected in the price.

The course was so good for the time of year
Despite playing in conditions wet underfoot after lots of rain the course was really good. Par 4’s became par 5’s as the ball held up a little but when you hit the greens they were in superb condition.

Good condition and a great challenge
Excellent value course and in tip top condition. Front and back offer different challenges. Not to long but plenty of hazards to get you thinking. GreenS are fair and true. Rough is sensible. For value with Golf Now it’s 5=stars

Poor state of course
General state of fairways and greens was very poor pitch marks not repaired no difference between fairway and rough grass not being cut shocking for a course with such grandiose overtures won’t be rushing back

Overall very good, we all enjoyed the day
Course was in great condition
However an emphasis on pitch mark repairs must be made as the greens were spoilt by the lack of basic etiquette.
