Enjoyed a great round on Wednesday morning. Steady pace of play. Greens in good condition for the time of year although a little slower than we are used to.

Course was in good condition and very enjoyable.

Had food and drinks after and sat outdoors.

Thoroughly recommend.

Nothing compares to how well maintained Tyneside is all year round for the price of a round. Staff are always super friendly when I go, clubhouse staff are brilliant, always ask how you played and seem happy to be there. Course conditions as always were immaculate, challenging course in places, makes for a good round.

Tyneside is such a brilliant course, starting with Gary in the shop the friendliest pro around always on hand to help out.

The course is in immaculate condition and plays really well, the greenkeepers are doing an amazing job. I’ve played most courses in the area and this trumps them all, the only one I enjoyed more was the colt at close house (first time buzz?).

Happy with its price point and think it offers really good value for money.

My 1st time playing here and gotta say I definitely enjoyed it , some amazing vies and the course was in immaculate condition, only downside but this is my own opinion is the few blind holes but I’d 100% recommend and I will be back

Can't fault a single part of the course, staff or facilities.

I was able to get a buggy last minute.

The course is incredibly well maintained and the club house was also spot on.

Will definitely be back again.

First dry course this year each hole different not too long so fun to play. Greens in excellent condition

Hands down the best course in the area considering the price. The value for money, course layout, staff friendliness, and course conditions especially in January were top tier. Already booked to play again 4 days after my last round, can’t wait to play it in the summer too.

Several (4) holes were closed on the day. Upon close inspection, there was no need to have these holes closed. This aside, the greens were in great nick and no standing water anywhere on course. Really enjoyed the day. Thanks Tyneside, I felt the history around the place!

One of only a few courses open due to the amount of rain we've had recently, which shows how well this course is looked after. When I arrived I was told there were only 11 holes on, but was told I was able to play round again if I wanted to. The course was in really good condition, only a couple of temp greens and hardly no surface water anywhere on the course. The staff and members are always really friendly here as well which is another reason on top of it being a great course to keep coming back

Great course. Considering the recent weather the course was in great shape. A bit slow to start as the 2nd 3rd and 4th are blind tee shots. Hilly and steep at place but a good challenge. Only one green off due to the rain and one temp tee but overall a good day. Definitely come back again next year 👍🏻

Lovely layout, some unusual holes and some very narrow and tricky holes. A good test and greens rolled lovely. I felt that I could make most of my putts.

More than happy to pay to play again!

Great course, played it for the last 3 years and it gets better every time. A must play if in the North East.

Played in May and the course was in excellent condition. Supposed to be Preferred Lies but not required, greens were brilliant. Friendly staff both in the pro shop and bar. Food was a tad ‘basic’ but value for money. Would play again
