Could be much better
While the layout was pretty good, the course definitely has not been maintained very well. The fairways were bare in some cases and then you had muddy conditions in other areas. Also, the tee boxes were terrible. With so much potential, the course could've been much better.

Overbooked
This is the third straight time I’ve played there and the pace of play was worse than most.

Either needs more maintenance or lower cost
It would not be fair to say this was the worst maintained course I've played this summer, but for the price it is.
I will try again, especially if I get a hot deal, but for $43 I can certainly get a lot better conditions elsewhere.
Nice layout though, and friendly staff, just need a better maintenance plan.

Will come back when it is a golf course
Enjoy the aquatic driving range when you get there. It is the first thing you’ll see and the only thing worth the trip.
The course is in such poor condition that even on a beautiful day it was hard to enjoy the round.
There was not a single hole without some form of repair. A bunch of gardeners working everywhere so hopefully it will eventually be playable but until then it is a clear no go.

Golfers on a budget
Played this course on a Wednesday so pace of play was great. Like others have said course conditions could be much better. The fairways aren’t great, but it’s what you pay to play here. I really like the layout of the course and the scenery surrounding it.

Very poor conditions
Multiple holes have dirt patches a few feet from the greens - course seems unkept... staff was very nice, but this was a disappointing day.

No grass
I thought golf was supposed to staertbe played on grass..... not on Dirt. To call it a golf Course the dirt should be replaced by sods or seeded.
