Great new course
As a new course this place is a great value
Playing my 3rd time in a year it’s worth the 45 minute drive
Can’t wait till they have a clubhouse, if its done as well as the course, it should be awesome

Customer Service - Angry Staff - Personal Attacks
SUMMARY - be prepared for possible personal insults. We have played this course multiple times, and it was a fantastic experience. Sadly, our experience yesterday was surreal. At the beginning, me and my friend tipped the cart guy $10 for putting our bags on our cart. Yes, I did bring a few beers onto the course. We were on the 3rd green putting when cart girl unexpectedly pulled up. Several of us went up to her and bought some sandwiches and beer, and we tipped her (as we always tip well as I work in hospitality myself). On the next hole, the ranger came up and confiscated the "illegal contraband" - in fairness, he was very nice and professional. Obviously, we did not buy any more items from the cart girl, and so she also lost out on $20 tips. At the turn, our group bought more food and about 8 more craft beers. When we finished, there was nobody at the clubhouse. So, my other friends went to take the cart to their car, but then two guys showed up laughing at my friends saying their cart is going to stop anyways (GPS). The cart girl was there watching her friends try to hassle us. I told one guy you missed out on $20 tip, and you can thank your co-worker for her behavior. Then, that's when it escalated. We when the two cart guys started personally attacking us - saying, among other things, we must be bad golfers and they are much better golfers than us. The cart guys also told us we are banned from playing course again. I am a person who tries to give grace whenever possible, but this experience was so bizarre - not to mention we felt physically threatened. It was a horrible experience, and a horrible day. All three deserve to be fired.

Something just seems off
Hi all. Played this course about 6 months ago. Very fun time, and the conditions were solid. I’m aware that this is a fairly new course/development, so I take that into account in my review. I brought a group of buddies who had never been to the course before. After finishing check in, I overheard a proshop employee chatting with a first timer at the course. When asked how the greens are, the employee said, “Oh, they are mediocre right now.” That rubbed me and my group the wrong way. Not really sure why you would say that to somebody who just paid $75 and is getting ready to play your course. That being said, he was telling the truth! The greens were slower than molasses and all the areas around the greens seemed to have been recently replaced so there were little trenches all over. I would suggest playing elsewhere in this area until the greens/fringes are healed. I will be most likely giving this course another chance sometime this winter when the course is most likely back in good shape.

Wow
What a fantastic facility. Fantastic shape. In a year or 2 this will be one of the best courses in the area. It might already be. Very nice layout. Bunkering is great. (Didn’t find one) I played well. Wide fairways .
Construction of homes going on, but that didn’t take away from a fantastic day.
Thanks to AJ in the shop. Good dude. Good convo waiting out an hour long storm between 9’s.

6/11/21 Course Review
Course was amazing. Great practice facility and course layout. They had just treated some areas around tee boxes and around the first green, so there were some chemical burn lines. These didn’t affect play at all. The greens rolled very true. (Probably rolling 10ish).
We finished 18 in about 3.5 hours, so pace of play was great.
Fairways were in great condition.
The course was challenging, but very fun. Must play!

Greens aerated and made it a less than appealing course. Too much money for crappy greens. Golfnow should of told us that it was recently aerated.

One of the best courses for the money. Well worth the drive from tampa.
Beautiful Course
Nice layout and driving range. Pace of play could have been a little better. The greens were aerated couple weeks ago and still aren't 100%. Will come back when they are an experience probably much different putting results. Staff was great.
