Very Nice Fairways and Roughs
Very good condition. If I lived here I would join. One of the best. Employees are quick to help. It is a little hard to find on your GPS because roads are new. The price for after 3 in the afternoon in late May was a little stiff.

Starter
Starter could of done a better job of combing groups. Ended up with 4 foursomes on one par 3 because groups were not combined. Otherwise great track! One of best in the Tampa area.

Just another day in paradise. The greens were recently punched but they will be back to their excellent condition shortly. Fairways and bunkers pristine. Greens require a little study and finesse with lots of undulations. Water frequently comes into play but can easily be avoided with accurate and strategic shots. Fun course to play with plenty of challenges to navigate. Great for the experienced golfer from the back tees as well as the novices from the front.

Great layout!
Had a good round, didn’t have to wait until after the 12th hole, where some old folks thought they were tiger woods hitting the long bal, only to hit 180.
The greens were slow, which made for a lot less f short putts. They had to be rolling around 7.5 to 8.
I like 10.5 to 13 much better. I gave them 4 stars because of green speed.

Nice new course
Great new course.
Pro shop attendant was super nice, said we could probably go early. Stater said no, had a group (4) in front of us, we where 2.
Went to hit balls, starter asked if we had played there before, I said no. I said from looks of online pictures it looked flat and open. He said nope!
Most starters will give a few tips on the course if you haven’t played it. This guy walked away. I have played a lot of golf, this attitude from a starter is not unusual.
anyway, look at the pictures online, you be the judge. Florida course, wide fairways, flat, sand and water. Very windy, not easy. But a very nice track, good variety of holes. Nice fairways, greens a little slow,
Would definitely play again.

Amazing experience
Had the pleasure of playing this course this morning. It rained a lot over night and the course held up amazing despite the storms.
The layout of the course was very enjoyable, course is protected by the bunkering and greens. Fun place and in spectacular shape for such a new course.

Really very good
Excellent layout. Generous fairways. Bunkers fairly placed, not punitive. Typical Florida course with a fair amount of water, but should only come into play if a very poor shot is made. Tee box, fairways, and rough in excellent condition. Greens have a variety of slope and undulation and are in good shape, although they are somewhat slow, but I assume this is a function of the course being only a year old and the speed of the greens will increase as the course matures. Flower, bush, hedge, tree, and ornamental grass plantings frame the course and give it a rich country club feel even as homes await to be built.
