About
Dubsdread Golf Course is a popular choice for beginning and intermediate golfers. Designed in 1923, it is the oldest public course in the Orlando area. The course is tight with a short, traditional layout that features "postage stamp" style greens that are heavily bunkered. There are also elevated greens that are slightly sloped. Dubsdread Golf Course's fairways are narrow and there are also water hazards that come into play on some holes. One particularly difficult water hazard comes into play on the 12th hole, which is a par 3 that requires a tee shot to a green that is well protected by bunkers.

Historical course in nice shape.
This course is in good shape, fast greens and fun to play. We had a very windy conditions, made it more challenging but still a great day out.
Good short city course
We had hoped for a longer course, however enjoyed the narrow fairways and challenges. Front nine was not played well until i started teeing off with my irons, back nine was much better.
Great Track
Most certainly a beautiful course with challenging holes. Somewhat small at times with only two par fives but great playability.. Great experience from check in to leaving the course a definite stop while in Orlando.
Nice well kept course but some random people wandering it
My first time playing the course and I had a great round (well 13 holes before dark). The only issue I ran into was one one hole there were two people practicing pitching and putting that we're not playing a round. Like they just wandered on the course. It delayed my round while I waited for them to clear out their balls (yes they had many lined up each) and move out of the way. Then on hole 9 there were people fishing in the ponds on the hole. I stood at the tee for a while thinking they were golfers. At hole 10 there were two people walking dogs in the fairway, and they acted inconvenienced when I went to the tee box to tee off. They huffed that they were just looking for their dog's toy but "they'd wait" while they stared at me while I teed off.
Overall the course was nice but I feel like a ranger should've been present at these instances. I didn't see one all afternoon
Great golf experience
From the moment of arrival with the host in the club shop to the minute we finished was a great day out. We were paired up with 2 other players and the pace of play was more than acceptable for a 4 ball.
Course conditions were excellent and we will definitely be returning back in the future.

I just love this golf course layout and the friendliness of the staff. The restaurant is probably the best I’ve been to a golf course, it’s called “The Tap Room” and it’s highly recommended, by me.
Veterans Day Golf
I really like this course.
There really isn't anything bad to say. But I'll try! Oh, I got a frickin hole in one on the 5th. On the fly, coming straight down it hit the flag then the pin. Sweet. Anyways I thought some of the traps were a little firm. Try it you'll like it.!
Wow unexpected.
Totally unexpected. Cudo’s to the whole crew. Golf trip. Played quite a few courses. This is one of thee nicer courses especially for the price. I would pay double what I paid in a heart beat. Check in smooth, helpful, starter from NJ very nice gentleman. I had a blast. Played w 2 beginners (sort of), they showed me where to hit etc… spot on. I am a low handicapper, that doesn’t matter on this course. Beautiful course. Very well manicured. It is now on my list. Thank you
